Fuck the video the track is sick mate! Weeeee!!! hahah ;) no really though, did you buy any more holders/add any more machines here?
Thanks man I'm glad you like it. It's on almost al streaming platforms! Just search for "De Habermeister" song is called Acid Experiment.
Yes I recently got more holders. Right now there are 4 synths, TD-3 and RD-6 + my Dtronics controller for the Alpha Juno on the stand. I'm working on a new studio video to show my updated setup :)
At 2.40, when you brought the keyboard out, I was screaming, "Holy shit dude, lock in those collars first!" Had I only waited another 14 seconds...
Thanks for this - this vid answered all of my Jaspers questions, now it's off to Thomann to get poor. Cheers!
I found your channel through the Kawai K1, which I love, I've also done an LFO cover, and just recently bought Jasper stands. I think this weekend I need to do some Jungle :) Subscribed!!
Thanks man that’s awesome! Love the K1. Such a lo-fi cool synth 😎
Nice! Did it come with a set of arms for each tier? Or did you have to buy all the arms separately?
Thanks for showing the unboxing! Could you describe to me how the angle of the stand works? At its default extension, what's the (outer) distance between the feet (back to front), at floor level? Is it always in a fixed /\ shape, or can you make it steeper (and taller)? If so, how small can you make the distance between the feet (back to front), before the stand becomes wobbly? :) Thanks!
There's a ring and a tube that you can tilt in a steeper angle. I've not tried to use it in that way so I don't know how stable that is.
Hi! Found your vid looking at keyboard stands. I used to gig with a stand a lot like your old one -- and with a Korg DS-8! Just thought I'd give a shout out. Cheers!
Love the DS-8! Thanks for the shout out :)
@@NickHabermehl still got my DS8 from new along with all the ROMs.... you can use any sound ....any one. Except Lead & 8verb. That’s mine. Always will be :)
@@ShaunCymruDS8 ds-8 is awesome. Got any custom patches?
@@NickHabermehl got a few... o so recently:)... BTW that Japers looks very solid... any invest as have a very heavy Jupiter 80 that I have to support with a speaker stand on my aframe .very much like your old silver one!
Now that you've owned this a while, Nick, any thoughts?
Would you buy it again?
Is it stable?
Is it resilient?
Has anything broken?
What accessories or additional items have you acquired?
I'm considering exactly this model (in the aluminium colour-way) for a wide CME UF80 (27kg), a CME UF70 (13kg), a Behringer UB-Xa (11kg) and a Behringer MonoPoly (10kg).
Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated...
I still have it next to me in the studio every day. I would buy it again if I needed it. It's stable and nothing has broken off. I bought a few aditional holders for some extra gear.
Only other thoughts I'd have is don't buy into the cheaper alternatives. I've seen a couple at other peoples studios and they're not as stable as the Jaspers.
thanks, how did you mount the rd 3's? is that 1 rack or 2 for them?
It’s one rack and in the video those two are on one pair of large holders. I later replaced them so they both have their own holders.
I am trying to disassemble mine I have not thrown away the manual and I am lost
Is this the same as an On Stage KS7903? Typed it in and this video came up
Looks the same though the one I have is a 4 tier.
what do you recommend from jaspers for korg pa 1000 + samson 61 carbon + ROLAND BK7M.THANK YOU
Probably their 3-tier (3D-120B). Depending on the size of your synths.
Why did you get 145 if you could have chosen 105.120 etc …even 150
Just curious . Thanks ! Dope stands
Good question! Because I’ve bought more loose holders and filled it up with more gear 🙂
Why did you buy the 145 if you just need to put synths that are not very large on it? (far less than 145 mm cm I mean...). Shorter models exist and are less expensive.
I have some controllers for the Alpha Juno and Ds-8 which I’m gonna put on it. Also got a kawai K1 on the rack right now. I’m gonna buy some extra holders for some drumcomputers etc.
@@NickHabermehl thanks :)
why the big stand? hey do make smaller ones!
It’s almost full now! Got 5 synths, a drumcomputer and my Alpha Juno controller on there right now and still place for another small synth. Jaspers makes them in all kinds of sizes.
@@NickHabermehl haha - I've used that excuse too - there's room for one more!
@@awpMusic1 There's always room for one more right? ...right? 😅
So dope, but aiya, cnn. Lol
Haha gotta watch the elections somehow 😅
