    I learned the simple Green trick from racing indoor clay tracks a guy told me that at one of my first races and I've been doing it to everything since. And when I got into noprep I've been using just that and at our local level stayed competitive even with almost all the other guys are running Prep. I've even seen them have more traction with Prep than they had before they started using it.

    I just purchased some blue dot Proline reaction tires from Amazon, but it does not say belted..in descriptions.. does blue dot mean they are belted?

    What's the difference between orange dot and blue.... Orange dot is the one i have

    • @abizzybomb
      @abizzybomb  3 місяці тому

      Orange is just a softer compound.

    Hello..I'm using Losi drag 22 rims.and the Proline reaction tires..the rear tires is too wide ..they alot wider than the M/T tires..I can only drive with body off because of rubbing to hard with body on.. Should I change bodies?? I have the, yellow Losi truck

    • @abizzybomb
      @abizzybomb  6 місяців тому

      Is your chassis the Losi 22 or something else? I know people with a Slash converted for drag racing have to use the LCG chassis. You'd also have to change the Slash rear a arms, and dive shafts over to Bandit a arms, and drive shafts because they are more narrow. This will tuck the tires in the body. If it isn't that, is it possible you bought the Pro-line Big Daddy Wide tires?

      I have the Losi 22 drag truck...I have more problems..the tire wobbles bad!! Looks like the Proline might be bigger a little...I was told by somebody that I need a wide rim, because Losi rear rim is not wide enough..

  • @victormuff7024
    @victormuff7024 3 місяці тому +1

    did you find using the proline + rims with standard size tires blue dot that they just did not look correct sitting on the wider rim ?

    • @abizzybomb
      @abizzybomb  3 місяці тому

      I like the look of them because they change the contact area. All the fast guys I talked to used that method. I 100% ran into issues, gluing them. That little lip of rubber didn't want to stay tucked in the groove of the rim.

    • @victormuff7024
      @victormuff7024 3 місяці тому

      @@abizzybomb do you think they give you better contact with the tire setting like ? that the only reason i ask is because proline recommend to trim the end plastic channel on the proline+ when using the smaller tire ?

    • @abizzybomb
      @abizzybomb  3 місяці тому

      @victormuff7024 I don't know if it would be better contact or less ballooning. I wouldn't cut the rim. I would use it as is or buy the Proline Pomona, which is a narrower rim.
