Hey Jordan I feel like I’m visiting LA from my own couch in Toronto love your dog 👍👍
I still love the Hollywood stories/History! Thank you, Jordan, any day is a good day to binge on Jordan The Lion vlogs!!!
I saw that cross while driving around one day. Thought it was pretty, but not much else. Now I know! TY Jordan!! ♥️♥️♥️
Great vlog, Jordan! I'm always impressed by how knowledgable you are. Hollywood Dell / Beachwood Canyon / Whitley Heights / Hollywood Heights are filled with lots of interesting lore and history, and of course lots of beautiful houses!
Once again you make my night!! I love you 🦁and 🐶❣️💯
Awesomeness as usual. Thank you Jordan 💕
Beautiful homes, great history,thank you.
Great vlog and interesting story!!!! Thanks Jordan!!
Hi Jordan, First of all I think Jah needs his own channel on UA-cam he's just that cute and entertaining, I'm sure he'd let you work behind the scenes. You might even win an Oscar! Truly an amazing story about this cross that I never even new existed, who knows what's underneath it. Hollywood surely is full of secrets. Thanks for another fascinating vlog Jordan you are the best!
Thanks!
Thank you so interesting
Thanks for all your hard work. I really find them all very interesting!
Linda Goodman's theory sounds pretty bizarre but who knows? She was an excellent astrologer. It was her books which are spot on which made me believe in Astrology. Great video.👍
Hi Jordan. Thought you got a bigger dog when you showed Ja up close at about 30 seconds of video. Dinging me. Thanks for sharing those interesting facts about Hollywood/LA area.
Thank you Jordan, this was an interesting vlog !😁
Wow, I always wondered why it was there. As a kid we would go to the Hollywood bowl and see people like Arthur Fielder. As a little kid, it was not my cup of tea, but the theater is just so well set in the canyon I still loved it. The cross was just another cool piece of ambiance.
I appreciate that you know so much of the history of each video you do. Like how do you know all this 😭🥴
You are definitely the best thanks for sharing everything that you have I will soon be a supporter
I think it if fantastic how much you love architecture of these gorgeous homes. I hope inspires everyone to think outside the box when buying or building a home. Of course it doesn't have to be on a grand scale as these estates. Even a 1 or 2 bedroom could be so lovely and unique. People can obviously can spend their own money any which way they choose, but I detest cookie cutter homes. I think I'm allergic to them lol!
Whitley Heights (just on the other size of the highway) are filled with houses where the first generation of movie stars lived, but which are tiny compared to the kinds of houses the rich and famous inhabit these days. Still, they're beautiful, filled with personality and lore, and set on those windy, overgrown streets that set the imagination running. Honestly, if I had the kind of money where buying a house like that was even a possibility, I'd still choose the glass box contemporary, as the Hollywood Dell houses can seem a bit _darling,_ but I can certainly still appreciate their beauty.
Im from LA and you know more about it than I do 😆 love your vids keep up the good work 👏
I miss Hollywood so much I used to live on Franklin and Beachwood
Could you drive by in the evening to see if it floats? Thanks for the fun videos!
Kinda reminds me of the movie Under the Silver Lake.
Beautiful homes and raggedy streets.
I lived in Hollywood for 100 years and I never heard the story of the cross. Thanks Jordan, you're an interesting guy to learn from, we need more history like this. Say hi to Jah for me.
great vlog
Jah has a beautiful face, his coat is so shiny and he doesn't know a doggie stranger.
Interesting story about that woman Linda Goodman who thinks there is treasure or passage ways or whatever beneath that cross mountain. It's kind of like when Geraldo Rivera decided to check out Al Capones vault and see if he could find anything like money, or a dead body or whatever he and several people went into the vault and all was there was like wine bottles. How embarrassing 😆
Jordan, There is a large cross on the top of Mt. Rubidoux in Riverside Ca.. I don't know the story of why the cross is there, but the ashes of a few relatives are scattered there.
The most amazing thing about this vlog...the price of gas in CA is $4.07??? Ugh!
I couldn't find a way either
I agree with you about the neck bomb bank robber documentary on Netflix. Well done.
I'm afraid I've found these videos late but I'm loving them thk you x
Has anyone noticed at 7:36 there looks like the image of a woman in the flames? Maybe a hollywood story inside a hollywood story? Love your indepth videos!
i read her book in the 70s
Neat show from Jersey use to live on yucca love old Hollywood. Like all the places you go. Jordan my name is Joe
There is a film of her play on YT: Pilgrimage Play (1949).
I liked the faster introduction. less music more to the point. Love your vlog and we watch them as a family and sometimes we go to the sites. Thank you for the history!
Great
$4 for gas? OMG! I spent several Easter Services there at the Hollywood Bowl. My brother sang with Duke Davis and Buckshot at the Universal Amphitheatre.Whoa, was Linda deceived! Ann Miller, tap dancer, believed she was an Egyptian princess! Mmm, no! Watched her teach a private class at Tanya Lichine's in BH, she was amazing! Joann Woodward used to meet me there so she could stand at the Barre and follow me! She loved ballet!
Los Angeles could use a cross on it's seal.
That VW Bug looks like something Columbo would have driven.
Stranger than strange...lv the way you connected the dots on this one!
Thank you
Daze with Jordan the Lion
Jordan...you are able to combine research, history, location & storytelling...you are very keen on what's interesting...your lv of subject really comes across...that's what makes your vloging really fun to follow!!!
Those homes are breathtaking, Really cool adventure. Thanks for taking us with you.
I think Linda looks like Kim Basinger.
Jah is so cute
That was really interesting. I never heard of The Hollywood Cross.
Very cool :)
I am obsessed with your channel! I absolutely love it, you do such an awesome job!! Keep it up! 👏👏👏👏
Osiris' magically fashioned phallus is symbolized by an obelisk, like the Washington Monument.
Hey there Jordan I really love your vlogs I learn something new with each new one you do.
Always enjoy your vlogs
another great one👍thank YOU..
They should call the park JAR PARK ☺
Love the story of Christina and here commitment to showing her convictions in a theater so strong that she built her own theater. That's commitment! Good for her. Glad that they placed the monument to honor her. Thanks Jordan!
You need a drone.
@7:35 the smoke between the towers appears to form the shape of a woman in an 1800s dress looking like she is about to take a bow.
What an interesting story....really makes you wonder...hmmmmm. Jahs little legs really move. Lol. Made me tired just watching him😂😂. Thank you for another informative vlog. Much love to you and Jah 💖 💕
When I first started watching your vlogs ... I remember you pointed up there and noticed the cross and you wondered why that was there. Finally you know and we know! Wow!🌹
Love the Egyptian story and a certain body part being somewhere on the hillside. Yet another great story from you a great storyteller. When you showed us the rose bushes planted below the gas station sign and then showed the sign with the cost of gasoline I nearly jumped out of my chair. Do Californians know they are paying twice the national average for a gallon of gasoline. The world markets are swimming in oil. The USA is now an oil exporter.....what gives Cali?
Wow!!! 🤯
Always great fun! Please get some sunscreen 🌞
Great Vlog ! What I think is crazy is that this 'Nahtan' (?) shows up talks with her she talks about him in an introduction in one of her books but who is he ? Why does he disappear so to speak ? Hhmmm.... a mystery. The homes are beautiful ! One of them looked to me to be a home from Entourage ! I'm going to check out Evil Genius when I get home tonight from work I like documentaries also !
evil genius was fantastic!
Some people have way too much time on their hands :-)
I've spent years in the company of a cabal of rogue Freemasons, and it takes friggin" Jordan to tell me where to find Osiris' dismembered member! Thanks guys! I told you about the mummy of Jesus at the Lost and Found...
Awesome Hollywood history! Let’s start digging!
Love all your videos!! You make my workday so enjoyable thanks Jordan🤗 working from home in the Boogy Down Bronx
You are SOOoooo amazing: funny, charming, kind, intelligent, curious, life-loving and the list goes on. You are the perfect buddy. Also, thanks for the tip about Evil Genius on netflix. I hate navigating through 90% of the garbage to find something worth watching. Gonna check it out. By the way, you are especially useful for shut-ins, giving the feeling of friendship and bonding, yet it is totally illusory, LOL! Love your stuff. Super interesting -- I like how you view the world around you. Cheers, from Canada.
Yet, another, Hollywood iconic artifact, that I would know nothing of, without your cool vid! I tip my hat to you, Jordan... and, of course, Jah! 👍
That is so amazing the happy joyous life you offer your old pal, Jah! A role model to us all with pets. Thank you.
Gas station roses were best roses l have seen in a gas station in ages, just ages, eons, just eons!!!!!! But they are the most perfect roses! In between Earthquakes , Cally has a great climate for roses. I just love ROSES!!!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹My roses never look like this. Nice story about Linda Goodman. Egyptian mythology is very confusing.🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵
You’re getting good at this fam ✊🏾😎
Wow
Very interesting story ; yes I agree beautiful homes I particularly like the orange coloured ones ; glad you had all your lenses so you could show the beautiful cross . Thanks Jordan! 👍🏻💙🎬🎥🦁😎🐶🇺🇸🌴🏠✝️👍🏻
Didnt Linda Goodman write "sun signs" I remember that book as a teenager
Another good video full of great information, thanks Jordan!
Pretty farrowt story of Christinas belief determination en the deaths.
Really good stuff... Thanks for sharing!
I remember my mom having Linda Goodman's Sun Signs. A very popular book at one time. She was as smart as she was pretty. Another great one, Jordan. Thank you so much.
Like your stuff . New here think I will stay .I was born in in LA. and you hear this and see that but you can never hear it all. So today you showed me some thing I had no clue about before. Well done :) So she said there were under ground things there and they I guess did find some thing ? So I want to know what ?!?
Thank you for this blog, Jordan! The Hollywood Cross is one of my earliest memories, from the early 1950's. It was lit up at night and mom told me about the hikes up to it on Easter Sunday morning. I always wanted to go. There is an old amphitheater near there, built in the 1920's, possibly on the site of the Pilgrimage Theater that burned down. It is now called the Ford Ampitheater and can best be described as Biblical Craftsman in style. It underwent an extensive restoration about 20-25 years ago. I went to a concert there about 13 years ago. In the twenties, an annual pageant play, about the life of Christ, was performed there at Easter. The Director was Reginald Pole, lover of ceramic artist Beatrice Wood, and father of Rupert Pole, writer Anais Nin's west coast husband. I still have Linda Goodman's book, "Linda Goodman's Sun Signs." She was one of the most interesting astrological writers around.
Thanks Jordan for sharing this info on the “floating cross”. We notice things that exist but need vlogs like yours to actually stop and pay A
attention to the things that surround us in our daily lives. Plus seeing Mr. Jahster having fun and running with his friends at the park like “grease lightening” was precious❣️🙏🏻❤️🐕🦺🌈
Omg! 4.07 for gas!
Somebody is taking good care of those roses. 🌹😎
Evening Jordan and jah. Another wonderful and interesting story. Love watching your blogs when I get home. Those houses are beautiful and the sunflower 🌻 what a great treasure to find her research . Thank you.
This goes right along with this vlog, it is from goggling Osiris. "The origin of Osiris is obscure; he was a local god of Busiris, in Lower Egypt, and may have been a personification of chthonic (underworld) fertility". LOL, Ironic isn't it. Anyway, doubtful that any part of Osiris is under that cross, but I bet there are plenty of rattlesnakes. Great Video, even if I'm almost a year late in commenting on it.
Damn, I thought our gas in TN was high. It's $2.68 in my town.
This lady was a nuts-o!
Definitely learned a lot of new things this morning!!!
Very interesting. Thank you. Belinda
Really enjoyed this one. Thanks Jordan xx
Linda Goodman was very popular in the 70s... many books written by her.
Amazing vlog Jordon!! I really enjoyed it!! Thanks!!
Good morning boys. Another interesting blog Jordan.
Wow! That Linda Goodman story was certainly bizarre. Thanks for bringing us such interesting stories, Jordan.

As usual a wonderful vlog with a great story, you never disappoint :)
Great vlog. Wow what a story. Even more crazy how they can't find the documents showing what they found.
Wow so interesting Jordan🙏 Hi Jah👋☺
