If I could offer any constructive feedback it would be to show all the parts of the house that are mentioned, like in this one it would have been cool to see the staff quarters/attached kitchenette as well as the bathroom of the basement bedroom with some detail.
I hope something like this comes along when I am ready to buy something like this! Very nice home! Perfect if I have a lot of grand kids some day! That close to the beach also...amazing!

With the given price increase for the facility, I would expect the rooftop solarium to have at least an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a stylish jacuzzi instead of an open empty space.

Bruna likes always to have the last word, to be the star. Seems to be very confrontational. When someone says something to the point, immediately she interrupts them, saying exactly, as if we need her approval like she is the boss, and then says something else as if to show that she has something unique/important and so on to say.

Really great presentation. The house is very nice and has great potential. The outside is a bit too cubical for me but nonetheless I would not mind living there.

Great home, huge in size at over 13,000 sqft. I didn't notice an elevator though. I assume that can be installed, as it's commonplace in houses of this magnitude.

Excellent presentation - lovely house, its difficult to decide if I would want a place slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists and the more populated areas e.g. nightlife and busy beaches but maybe this would strike a balance... Its a moot point as I haven't got the cash anyway but still a man can plan and dream lol 8.5/10 on the house

Very nice BUT the ‘kitchen’ spoils it .......the architect either doesn’t have kids or doesn’t like them, why place a kitchen away and out of view to the pool! 🙄

To speak the truth: please bring back Artur. The Ladys speak Bad english. You notice that they try to remember all the Details and Information while speaking. Shure they friendly but i dont enjoy the Tour as much as i do with Artur. Looking good is not everything.
