The suggestion of potentially an extra bedroom or chaos cinema roof into a games room (for me it would be a whisky and cigar lounge if extraction was possible 😉) A perfect house and you are amazing at what you do Also your content manager was amazing last week 👏🏻 just makes me want to work for Drumelia even more than I already do
An absolutely spectacular property, Artur! The water features are so very well done that a good percentage of my time would be spent with their peaceful atmosphere surrounding me. Love the natural and autumn color palette of the interior. I can visualize some wonderful artworks for both wall paintings and the various corners where modern statuary and sculptures would add to the ambiance. And then the view of the sea (sigh)! Beautiful! Thank you so much for featuring this lovely home and gardens. You've shown some terrific properties in the past, but Villa Portofino has taken first place for me.
This Mansion is WOW!! Absolutely gorgeous from exterior to interior😍❤ I love how every bedroom has a different style and the space is great!! Love this tour Artur!! Can't wait to see more houses like that💫👏
Could you make a video about the state of real estate? Are prices collapsing yet due to higher interest rates? Or still exploding because of inflation? Are the sales going up or down? Are people financing or paying cash more due to the above reasons?

Nice size but more like an office. Could do with some stunning artwork on the walls to make it less clinical and office like. Whoever is writing your script is doing a 'spectacular' job. You've mastered your English well over the last couple of years.
The house is nice and normally I like many kinds of neutrals, but this is just too much dark brown for me.. and in some areas it lacks fresness. Decor is also very "plain" but maybe its on purpose.. Like this expensive house and for example some terrace furniture, looks quite cheap. Maybe they are not but still.. And maybe because the house looks kinda empty, it needs even just couple plants and art. All I see is variations of beige :D
So you can look at this 2 ways, buying the world’s most expensive Ferrari for $12M which comes with a mansion or buying a $12M mansion that comes with a Ferrari…. Lol… PS: Video 🔥

I like the cars alot. But I'm not a big fan of the house, but Im sure other people can.
