Enjoyful video to watch❤"Instant acceleration" - a very helpful phrase that encapsulates overheads. I get very tentative on my overheads particularly when moving backwards😊.

Completely spot on on the adjustment steps. Very often, he is standing right under the ball, so his body gets a bit unbalanced as he hits the ball because he can't "step" into it.

Wow, you could see how much those 2nd serves were bending RIGHT off the racquet! Another great lesson, and it really is awesome to see how much cleaner the serve motion (both but especially the 2nds) and forehand strokes are looking. Really useful overhead tips too. Thanks, Nic!
