If I remember correctly you can use Marcus Licinius Crassus to plan in sixth ring tiles for national parks. It is important to know the tiles will be granted to the nearest city centre even if the tiles don't connect.
Hello Ursa, I started to play civ 6 like 2 months ago and your videos have helped me a lot. You are on another level, this game is very complex and yet you manage to build huge empires. Awesome video quality also. Thanks for the effort Ursa ❤
I feel like a very viable strategy would be using Casa. Cause you have an industrial city complex on another continent. Like, if you start near a continent split, delegating cities built on a continent, different to your capital, to building industrial zones and commercial hubs, and then using Casa to put governors in them seems really fun
Well, this is a lot of fun! I have to imagine that it would be a bit better if you had a city with more old growth woods, as I thought that gave more tourism. And a wonder in the city would be chef's kiss. So it's nice to know there's a more perfect version out there to strive for. Huzzah!
This is what happens when you assume you are reading something, instead of actually reading it (issues with dyslexia notwithstanding). I thought it gave +4 appeal to adjacent tiles like the way most give +2 appeal (i think). the fact that it gives +4 to EVERY TILE means I should have been building this in every game.
If you haven't planned on it, you should build some coastal wonders (via a harbor?) in the appeal city. It will not only boost the appeal of the neighbouring land, but also grant you 2 tiles expansion for each one, speeding up the growth
*I've finally caught up with ALL your videos over the last 4 months Ursa! Hope the watching helps! I really wish you could place more than one preserve per city! that woudl be really cool if you could do that, any more for it?* 💪👍
This Golden Gate strategy gives me an idea - you could pair up with someone (White&Nerdy?) and have a Mythbusters-esque competition to see if it is better to build bridges than fences. One uses this Golden gate strat, the other the Great Wall improvements.
Fun fact, you were getting culture bombs from new districts anyways from World Congress when that IZ was built. So Mimar was Still completely useless 😂😂😂
there is some sort of poetic irony that detroit of all places ends up being the most beautiful city ever.
I just had a pleasant fellow on my bus today shouting about how he was from Detroit and threatening to shoot people.
@@Bezlonirslair But think of all the diversity you're getting. :3
@@birdofterror6628 🤡
wouldn't be better to place the Saint Basil's Church in place of that holy site?
It's still an amazing set up as is but no St Basils is making me cry 😭
It's a yield lover's tragedy 😢
Guess who forgot to even build st basils
Got to admit this has become a new favourite series of yours ursa
Huzzah!!!

Tiles have to connect but yeah you can. The trick is remembering to save him that long 😂
Awesome trick!
🖖
And a Huzzah! for White&Nerdy Memorial Gardens. No incoming nuclear devices this time, I hope...
I would never, how dare you

This series is bringing me such joy - White & Nerdy Memorial Gardens forever.

Ursa i watch a lot and i mean A LOT of civ content and i think you've been my most favorite in a long time ❤
Why thank you!

Casa strats are always fun!
The memorial gardens are a work of art!

Huzzah! Yes it would have upped it slightly but not too much = )
Very amusing series, can't wait to see this go to the moon once you get the bridge down
Oh just you wait!!

My mind was blown when I truely understood it, don't worry it's not just you!!
Huzzah fellow early bears
Huzzah!!!
you should really do another civ 6 railroad series as celebration for civ 7 railroads. thanks for the fun episode
I really should!
If you haven't planned on it, you should build some coastal wonders (via a harbor?) in the appeal city. It will not only boost the appeal of the neighbouring land, but also grant you 2 tiles expansion for each one, speeding up the growth
And boost the theatre square, giving even more culture!
What an amazing strategy!
All credit to W&N!

You absolute star! Thanks so much SCK = ) Really appreciate it. Hope the ride was worth it!!

Hell yeah
Nice video
Huzzah!
I’m just imagining that city with Harmonists and Havens boosting it more
Oh imagine
Huzzah!
Huzzah!
Stretchy triangle maybe that's technically "an isosceles triangle" 🤔
hey alright thanks
I started doing my own version of this and accidentally put a water park on the bridge tile and ruined hours of work
Huzzzaaaah!
Huzzah!
£707 - The Memorial Gardens are White and Nerdy because of the Tundra. If it had University of Sankore tiles, it would be Brown and Sandy.
...but glorious nonetheless.
Hey Ursa, excellent vid as ever, but the title and thumbnail seem a bit premature! Looking forward to seeing just how silly the numbers get.
Oh just you wait!
HUZZAH!!
