    As a begginer I struggle to visualize where to start modeling certain object. Wich specific part of the object to model first! 3D modeling is a complex subject

    At 7:33, how do you make the angles straight?

      With the vertices selected, press 's' to scale, then 'z' to only scale along the global z axis, then type '0' to scale all selected vertices to 0% of their median point, then press 'enter'.
      This only works if your Transform Pivot Point is set to 'Median Point', which it should be by default, but check this if you're not getting the expected result.
