जहां तक की मेरे जानकारी है, हेलिकाप्टर का टिकट और original मेडिकल certificate पेश करने पर RFID card बन जाता है। RFID कार्ड आप श्रीनगर के पहले पंथा चौक यात्री कैम्प`अथवा हेलीकॉप्टर के प्रस्थान स्थान से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

You can go for the same at both the places. Well ! About time, it's purely depend on the rush. Srinagar has more chances to take less time than Jammu.

As per my information Gufa Darshan stops after 1600 Hrs. As such in all probability you will have to stay at Panchtarni as there is no accommodation at or near Amarnath Shrine.
