    I live in Australia & can i buy what your using to clean my family's ears? My Dad gets his ears syringed out & this looks so much better to use without going to see his GP. Thanks so much

      You really only need a 20ml syringe and some lukewarm water. Gently flush the ear and you will get the same effect as the expensive setup she is using. Ear irrigation is not complicated. Just don't use hot or cold water and don't use too much pressure and you'll be fine.

      @@medical4652 You need something that can provide continuous mild pressure. Don't think a turkey baster can do that or even fit in the ear canal.

    You can do this in your shower by letting warm water run in your ear and then tilting your head to let it out.
