We all want to be happy in this new year, and as everyone is thinking of ways in which they want to make 2024 the best year of their life I am thinking about HAPPINESS. We all have personal goals, some bigger, some smaller towards self-improvement but at the end of the day we want to be happy. I think i'm going to start treating going on social media and scrolling on my phone as smoking a cigarette/ having a drink.
I don't know if going on my phone is as bad as smoking or drinking, it's definitely not good for me in the quantities that I do it and it's definitely taking me further from what I want to be doing and it's an unhealthy habit. So maybe if I tell myself that being on my phone is as bad for my brain as smoking that will label my phone as bad and I will see it as a self destructive behaviour that i do not need
