    What a great review Nick, definitely have to take one of these for a ride at the end of May and will see how I get on. Guess will have to see what the long term ownership is like with these. Fingers crossed.

    Great review and a good looking bike. In two years I've never noticed before that you don't pronounce your 't's !

    Nice.The 502 TRK is popular in NZ 🇳🇿 where we have alot of gravel roads & the 702 TRK has been eagerly awaited for that extra hp & Nm.They are fully loaded bikes with a great price.

    Zontes have had back-lit controls for a couple of years, it really does improve night riding.

      @@nicksepisode I had a 2022 zontes gk125 zt (?). Best bike I've ever owned. Did a nearly 3000 mile trip from Shetland to Somerset and back via Cumbria and Wales, fully packed with camping stuff. Not a problem. Comfortable and economical. Over 300 miles to a tank.

    My only concern as I was looking at buying a 702x... is the service intervals are every 3000 miles.. I thought for a tourer was pretty poor

    I got lost how was the height reduced. Or was it just another seat for £50 ? Otherwise i would have thought £50 was just the Labour.

    • @nicksepisode
      @nicksepisode  26 днів тому

      Sorry the 50 was for the labour. This procedure lowers the seat height by 5mm

    I bought a Benelli TNT for the DGR, was reluctant and didn’t expect much but it’s actually quite a nice thing and I certainly agree that the quality of Chinese bikes has dramatically improved of late.

    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 ....... How ever : CC ?? no ? The center stand looked. somewhat, hanging down ?..... The wind shield - is a "phenomenal" one 😆..... BUT looks like you've skipped the most important part - that "camel toe" foot of the side-stand 😀
    And - are the wheels tubeless ?

    • @nicksepisode
      @nicksepisode  26 днів тому +1

      I’m glad you’ve noticed this. I purposely didn’t roll off the specs, because let’s face it, you look them up if you are that extra step into buying one. Not everyone wants to hear some UA-camr rolling off figures. It’s my approach to reviews, they’re plenty of other reviewers out there that get all technical with you. The cc is in the name, I think the most important part is the seat height ! The rest is how the bike makes you feel and I think that out weighs anything written in black and white. The tyres are tubed, unfortunately a tubeless set up will add to the over cost. I personally don’t mind if a tyre is tubed so I don’t think that should be a deal breaker.
      I’ll take your feedback on board though.
      Cheers Mr Waves

      Corrert - to watch how the moto vloggers read all the specs ( some do ), is not always interesting, but the most important stuff like the electronics, suspension, service intervals, front light, wind prot., riding pos, handling..... yes, those are more needed. If one has bought a good emergency service - tubeless is, probably, not an issue, but if not - fixing a flat "on the go", can be a pain in the ass 🤷🏻‍♂️ And generally, with todays' tech, the Cruise Contr. should be on every bike. Many of us - over 45 - do get numb throttle hand, which, also presses the front brake ! - so it is a safety feature too.
      The bikes from manufuckturers that STINGE CC out - not 4 me 🤢
