So the hyperplasia occures only in the functional endometrium never in the basal endometruim

Theoretically yes !!
But may be considered normal if there are no adverse symptoms like heavy and/or irregular bleeding .

No adverse symptoms is seen
Just my periods got delayed by three months
So after usg endometrium thicksness showed 13
N endometrial hyperplasia also
