They did not put the electronic door release inside the intake scoop because it makes more sense they did it because the scoop was there and it wasn't there on the old ones okay

Pretty car. Sad how bad the red calipers clash with the interior since both colors are visible. Really ruins the overall appearance. Salesman need to bad together to keep the clients from making this mistake. Calibers need to either match the interior or go black. Please!!
Eric Etchison everyone has an opinion. I think the red calipers and natural interior look just great . Ferrari has been doing it for decades and most people love it. My jag convertible has red calipers on anthracite exterior and natural interior and I get compliments literally every time I drive it.

Car Story that will happen with the 2021s. Chevy will be lucky to keep up with the preorders they already have for the 2020s as production was delayed and didn’t start up until early February. I would expect 2021s to become available in September. The largest Corvette dealers are now only taking orders for 2021s. They didn’t hold back any 2020s to sell at at a premium over MSRP.
Tyson ALL cars are marketed with their Starting MSRP! It’s no surprise that an entirely new model of America’s favorite sports car has people who preordered them loading up on all the goodies. You are correct no one will buy one for $59,995, but I configured one that suits my needs for about $64,000. No Z51 package, no upgraded interior, no expensive carbon fiber or expensive wheels. The fact that people are spending a lot more than that is that the car is such a spectacular value in the first place. Don’t blame GM on the tax you pay. By the way, that tax is 13% in Canada.
These new ones have so much electonic & tech components-( i wish they made a base version without all that tech for those of us who are not tech savvy & not into all those bells n whistles. I would buy 1 in a minute if there was no touch screen, no push button to start, & no open doors with buttons, thats just too much. I love just pulling out key & starting engine old school way-)
thenow 555 better buy old or used then because all these technologies will be working their way into the lower priced cars, most of which even now have some power options as base features.
Hope this not a customers car I would be pissed if you guys were all over my New C8 taking the plastic off, leaving it on the showroom floor for people to sit in and touch and scratch hell no.
