Silver leaf has 2 schools in the main entrance . You have Hamlin Middle school with 700 students plus lots of school buses and Hamlin Elementary. You have a sea of cars with parents waiting to pick up their children . Traffic is absolutely horrible there. Avalon road is one lane per direction. They are building a second retirement home in the area. They are building a third storage unit too. There is no 24 hour big box gym in the area. There is no bowling area. There is no library or post office on the area. They just opened up a Taco Bell for all the residents with $500k plus homes. There are no public tennis courts or basketball courts in the area. Cars drive very fast in our neighborhoods.
