- We've been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and they are finally off and running at Westhaven at Ovation in Horizon West Florida. This Toll Brothers community has been a LONG time coming but as you'll see, it is worth the wait!
The Ormond model is a great floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and you are going to LOVE the interior design. There is also a fantastic example of how you can build a LOVELY pool in our central Florida lot sizes. Take a look and let me know what you think! Better yet, give me a call and let's see it in person!

I have my question ready for Monday morning off of this video!!! 🥳😉
Love that pool !
YES!
I love all the trim work, fantastic,
Hey Amy. Large home. Wide entry. Large dining space. Love the kitchen color scheme. Prefer gas. Nice size laundry. Appreciate the sink. Beautiful covered lanai and outdoor kitchen. Pool 👍🏼. Fenced. Good size primary. Like all the accent walls. His/her closets. Huge shower. Linen closet 👍🏼. Cozy loft. 2 beds with open Jack n Jill. Bed and another bath. Funny - don’t care for the front elevation but like the interior layout. Beautiful home for those that don’t mind stairs. Thanks for sharing.
Impressive home from Toll Brothers. 😍🥰
I really like this layout, love the grand foyer. As I get older, and some of my guests may not handle stairs so well, I look for guest room on first floor. That's the only think lacking on this. Lovely home, though.
Love tolls brother builders ❤❤❤.on my way so beautifull house
don't like gas, had an apartment once with a gas stove, pilot light would go out, not good
The entrance door is ridiculous for this model
Not grand enough? Not big enough to fit the large foyer? It's just a door and didn't even register with me.
@@markshutt1476 all of the above. It looks like a mouse hole on a big wall.
@@leticiaarbore2979 I agree, just didn't think about it. I like oversized doors, anyway. Much easier getting things thru.
@@markshutt1476 😆 yeah… as someone who has moved a number of times, I agree with you. I bet this home is close to a 1M dollars and they are cutting costs on the front door?
