If you check the houses built in the US that is worth 492,000.00 dollars, you'll see the worth of the house, but here in naija, I'm not seeing the worth of the prize of the houses, so please developers should put in more effort to ensure that the houses are worth the amount, because there's alot of details missing for that price .
