Hi Brad, we visited this house last night. Beautiful house I must say, however, we were told that the offers are not being viewed until Monday 7PM. Today I see that the house is sold. Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance.
Yes - the plan was to review all offers Monday at 7 pm. We had 18 showings on the first Saturday. 4 agents decided to submit offers very early, as any good agent would to ensure they protect their client. In a sellers market it is important to have your offer in early and have it considered. We got an offer that my client wanted to accept, as it was all cash, unconditional and $25k over asking price. Other agents should have called to say they were putting in an offer so we could have let them know about the situation. My clients are the ones that instruct me - and I follow their instructions. The offer we accepted was only open until midnight on Saturday.
