in singapore houses are so expensive. my family is planning to find a house with our 2.5m budget but the biggest house i can get is a 1800 sqft house LOL. if u only have 600k+ u can only buy a 3 room apartment

Don't you think it is a bit overpriced. I mean I understand prices are soaring after COVID-19 but more than 600k for a almost 2200 sq ft.
This sold for over asking price by $15k in 24 hours on the market. Market is really strong and getting stronger

Hey Maya, I'm from Saskatoon! Both in Saskatchewan and Alberta require you to be registered and licensed realtor. That will require you to take the appropriate education. It can be taken online and completed in 1-2 months if you work hard at it.

Since we sold this home yes, but we've dropped 1% in the last 4 months - which all things considered after our strong run up this winter/spring, it's still very strong.
Absolute newbie/new immigrant question here.... Do these houses come fully furnished as you show in your videos or do the previous owners move out all the furniture?
These places are typically “staged” to show a prospective buyer the possibilities. Sometimes the owners have the place set up like you see in the video, but more often the realtor will stage the place themselves.
Looks like my house in Medicine He Hat that only costs $375,000.

Yeah, it's not inexpensive, but are you stupid to dump $650k for a trash city? Let's see, first off - are we trash? Calgary enjoys the highest average household income in the nation, and some of the lowest housing pricing for a major Canadian city, and great health care, proximity to the rocky mountains, has excellent health care, job opportunities, and is EXTREMELY safe. But we do have winter - like much of the US, Europe and Asia. Second - are you crazy to dump $650k here? Well the person who bought this home is probably already up $50k in the last 4 months. Calgary is made for a certain type of people, as you say, people that are entrepreneurial, enjoy winter sports, enjoy great health care, enjoy great jobs and income, and enjoy a safe stable society. When it gets a bit cold, we just go fly for warmer places.
