And it is this shadow or dark side that allows us to gain a sense of perspective, by allowing us to truly appreciate the light side of life. The more we acknowledge what we don’t like, the easier it is to see our gifts and strengths. It makes us a whole human being.

I totally agree, this channel is a treasure, full of wisdom and I’ll add spirituality in a sense which it gives you the opportunity where you can sit in calmness, listen to those special and in my opinion spiritual people ( perhaps without themselves knowing that they’re ), and reflecting on life in the midst of the chaotic every day.. so yes this channel is a real treasure 💛
What a lovely and vivacious person she is! Her face lights up the room - her smile is infectious! Knowing we need to love ourselves is the key. Learning how to do it is the journey. If we can remember to be as kind, gentle, accepting and loving to ourselves as we would be to anyone else, we begin to see we are indeed “all one” and it becomes easier to love, to accept, to forgive and to fully live this life we are given. I want to be this woman’s best friend. Sometimes it seems like the most positive people, the ones that illuminate the world, are the ones that hold so much inside and out themselves. I feel that way at times but what a reward to be able to cast light into this world by being a beautiful soul. It’s so true that we are bombarded with bad news and we forget what a beautiful life we have and what a beautiful world we live in with amazing wonderful people. These Green Renaissance videos always put me in a meditative state. With every video, almost instantly, I can feel my heart rate slow and my breathing steady. What a gift you continue to give me Green Renaissance!? The beautiful people, stories, music and cinematography are absolutely mesmerizing to my spirit. Since I discovered this channel, almost 3 years ago now, you have been my faithful friend holding my hand through my darkest of nights -with the loss of my 22 year old son, Timothy in 2019.

She is my sister from another mother 😊 . And, in my opinion, we are TAUGHT to be kind and loving to others. In my experience emphasis was not really given to being kind to and loving myself. I find myself asking, what does loving yourself look like???

It felt like it was me telling about myself. Something that I could relate to almost everything...the shadows of the past, the grief and the losses, the self doubt, trying to be kind to others but to myself. Then hating the news but knowing that that's not the only side to life and the world. Finally knowing the truth about being able to experience something truly only because its opposite exists.
