We can tell JD is livin’ clean - an accidental break results in discovery of a failed fuel pump. Wow! Any idea what caused that? It looks like wire wheel marks. Always trying to improve my diagnostic skills with failure analysis so I really appreciate the test after the fact. 🔧👍
Are you listening, Greg? Clean it once in a while, despite intending to only relax while you’re down here! Don’t do it and your engine will get hot and bothered and bend a pushrod or worse! 😉🔧👍
You didnt show how to drop the deck and unhook the spring that connects the control to the deck. You also did not show how to drope the deck? I see the spring is off mine but dont know how to reconnedt it or how to drop the deck to do that.
I do apologize, this video was getting very long so I was trying to stick to the highlights as I have many other videos which show how to remove Mower decks/springs and cables
Nice catch on the fuel pump! Enjoyed as always Mr. Hester!
Thank you very much! 👍🏻
Awesome service on this beauty! 😃👍
Thanks Scout!👍🏻
Nice work Hester, the owner should be very pleased. 👍
Thanks John 👍🏻
Anytime bud 👍🏼
Good old solid mowers, easy and cheap to keep running 🏃♂️ 😊
You got that right 👍🏻
@@hester781I been buying and stacking them for 20 years
Try to fix a few when it’s slow
Have put new engines on some and still made a profit 😊
1:43 If your 401k has been under performing for the past two years... Son that is on you. The market has been gang busters for a solid three years.
It was pure satire 😂lol

That's what I thought at first too, but it looked more like it was exposed to heat, almost like shriveled up melted plastic, definitely strange
@@hester781I guess we’ll have to relegate that one to “Strange Things of the Universe”.

Could definitely hear the difference👍🏻

Fortunately these decks are extremely easy to remove and there are many videos dedicated to just that on UA-cam
