I miss you Jayne. You would be 22. Kurt, almost 52. Suicide is so fucked. One persons pain becoming many more's constant sorrow. Love one another like it's the last time you will.
Sorry for your loss. Kurt was murdered, I have to tell you. It somewhere still comes as a shock, but he definitely, unquestionably did NOT commit suicide. I hope that your friend is at peace. Much love and sincere respect...
This is why Nirvana is so fuckin cool. Soundscape of a massacre. Sucks for all those grand bands who did not get to share in the fortune though. Equivalent of death metal (Mayhem and shit- just as simple to yell and play). No need to be complex. Just kill your voice and have a rhythm section. As for suicide, I am happy that Kurt had a drive to make poppy tunes too. Tends to stick with more people and give them some o the joy their fluffy ass deserves.
Try holding ( whilst trying to hide it) a huge video camera in a fucking moshpit and see how still you keep it. Recording a live act was frowned upon back in the day, unlike today when every drone stands there holding their phone looking like a tool.
The version on the split 7" with The Jesus Lizard is far superior to the boxset . Funnily enough that version of "Puss" is better than the one on the "LIAR" LP .
@@prpwnage9296 The same cumfart that originally produced that Candlebox cover song "You know you're right" went ahead 10 years later and remixed Barret Jones original recording going even further in butchering by removing the cigarette lighter clicks. As far as "PUSS" goes it was just a different mix to fit it with the rest of "LIAR". Personally i think there's more to that change because half the band didn't want to record with Albini again after that album which led to two different versions of "Down" being recorded :One with Albini which saw release and the other with Brad Wood which sits on a shelf somewhere.
@@AK99581 I thought I am making a suggestion for her. Unless some other female or male singer loves Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love songs I try my best even if some The Ramp - Smokin' Dudes Records female sings must try them.
This is a fuckint great song it’s a shame it didn’t make it on any of there records
This song appear on Nirvana / Jesus Lizard split single release in 7"

This is way, way before mobile phones with camera or even auto stabilization, so unless it was on tripod back then, it was this.

Respect to the camera man for giving us something we would otherwise never had a chance of seeing!

@BeatlesMusicRocks
In fact, it's written "Gent", and it's located in Belgium ;)
Loved Kurt
I'm from Belgium!:D
I am a waffle.
Move your head, dude!
@chrisbliss7 he wastalking about the songs last performance lol
Frances Bean Cobain must sing all of her mom's and dad's songs even if she duets with her mom Courtney Love.
Apparently she's not really a fan of her dad's work, only the songs Territorial Pissings and Dumb.

Mithra Charon I like the studio version of this song better just because it is more audible.
Sounds like he is butchering the song quite purposely.
