pretty sure the bellhousing to the generator would need to be swapped to adapt a kubota to that generator as well.. looks like you sold it? for the best .. find a 6 kw kubota powered light tower, that DOES NOT have the made in china generator end. pre 2002 i think have the ones made in france that are better

I still have it. I probably won’t put another motor on it. I just have to many projects at the moment

Test some things before you buy it, but really its a old pos. At auction light towers and generators are sold sometimes and not that expensive.
