Love this! I am always looking for the "nature version" of the places I visit. I am about to make a similar video on Palm Springs... typically a place to drink and party, but surrounded by such amazing nature.
I lived in Miami for about 1 1/2 years, and I realized half of "Miami Activities" is in the water, so many islands and paths to explore. If you paddleboard, kayak, boat, then Miami is the place for you. Edit: That Virginia Key location where you saw the Manties is the same lagoon they shot the Flipper TV show, there used to be the old set there, but it got destroyed in the last hurricane. It was a place called Jimbos Place, and on the pier, there is where Marriah Carrys first CD photo was taken.. sorry for the TMI. Photographers used to love that spot.
Definitely not TMi... very interesting. It seems everything gets destroyed y hurricanes at some point. Just like those stilt homes out in the bay, so few left!
Mark, your videos deserve way more likes than you get. They're amazing and please keep up the great work. The FCP tutorials have also been super helpful.
