Generally speaking, you should be fine if you stick with less than 6cc per dose. For smaller goats, the dose would be less, maybe 3cc. Often, people will give goats these small doses of Red Cell for three to five days straight so their bodies can slowly take in the iron. As long as you do not go way over 5 or 6cc, there is not much danger of overdosing.
