I started playing on game pass end of January - early February. Loved the game so much after my first campaign clean that I bought it and since accumulated 200hrs mostly solo. 9.5/10 easily
@@markojagar6658 both have their goods and bads😅, both are making worlds, remnant 2 has better loot farming and Co op, you can beat the entire game with a friend or random, elden ring has invading and invading/pvp, I've put 100+ hrs in both and can say both are worth a play, depending on if you want to guns or melee😂
I had even more fun after beating it in Apocalypse and starting to get all items Archon archetype, Nightshade, Anguish, Nightweaver's web items, are so worth to get
It’s the mission structure for me. I often feel a bit turned around and lost. I would have loved the game if it was either open world or a mission queue system. Going through a gate and finding another gate, but forgetting which gates you missed in the previous gate and all that stuff. It’s just not for me
yeah the structure of the game isn't for everyone. Its a dark souls like game so the progression and story is similar to those style of games. In terms of the door mechanics, you can tell if you've been through a specific door on the map if you look at the icon above the door. if it has a yellow diamond, that is your objective and you need to go through it, this however doesn't tell you if you've already visited it yet. But if you actually just want to progress through the worlds, just follow the path of the yellow diamonds (it should only be on the square shaped doors not the round top doors). The tried and true way to tell if a door is visited or not is to take your mouse and hover it over the door once it becomes in view. If you have already been through that door, it will tell you where the door leads. For example, you hover over it and it says "Root Nexus". If you HAVEN'T been through the door it will just have ??? instead. That's about the only way you can tell if you've gone through the door yet.
I wanted this game since day one didn't follow the game for awhile but have been waiting for it to be on sale on steam. I had looked at the reviews and seeing the negatives started to discourage me, your take on the game has helped me decide on getting it
Awesome to see!!! I love that. It's a wonderful game. I've taken a break from it at the moment because I'm playing competitive R6 Siege but I will return to it soon. It's such a good game.
If I was EASILY able to find accurate player counts for other platforms, I would have included it in the video. Nevertheless, if this game was super popular still, you'd see a lot of people making content on it. It has less than 50 viewers at a time on twitch. So it's not doing well. But that doesn't mean its a bad game whatsoever.
Only thing i wish it had was open world but ill take a full coop experience that every other souls like game has failed on.. only reason me and my friend barely play elden ring is because the coop is so trash and restricted that it mind as well not even be there smh... Fromsoft real lost sales with that and should add seamless coop to consoles simple as that. Mods have done it for free but sadly thats only on PC. Remnant 2 seems fun so me and my friend r gonna try it this weekend.
i think its too much of a grinder. almost have to have coop to survive. There is almost no way to make it without help. they need to change that and that is why they dont have much players. Also why do you have to start from the beginning if you get killed. Whatever.
I would say it is in the top 5 games in the last few years. A lot if fun, and full of secrets.
Super fun game! On the easiest difficulty I'm finding it hard as a new player, but did just get to the Annihilation fight!
That's awesome!!

Archon is tough to get. I'm still working on getting all the items necessary for that.
Yes.
I agree. Thanks for the view and comment

Love the enthusiasm lol
Great game I have been addicted since February
Thats awesome to hear!!! I hope to get back into soon and start making some more videos on it.
Remnant fta was really good and Remnant 2 is so much bettet and one of the best co-op games right along Dark Souls franchise🖤
@@Siisjoonperkele I agree. It’s a wonderful game. I’ve not played it since maybe March 2024 I need to get back into it.

So as souls player is it recommended
Very much so
Short asnwer: Absolutely yes.
🙌I agree completely
are DLCs for cosmetics only?
Good video dude.
Thank you man!!! I appreciate it
Is it still worth it for new beginner?
YES! It is still very much worth it.
Nothing about the DLC?
Nope this video was just strictly about the main game and why it’s good and worth to buy.
YES!
no, buy Remnant 1 for $12 if you have not played either one, then wait for sale and play 2.
I mean they both have their plus and minuses. R2 has more replayability and more modern QOL changes that a lot of people like and prefer over R1

@@TxpNoveske you absolutely can make it without a buddy. You need to have a build and form it around a weapon
good vid
also it's on gamepass
Thank you very much for the feedback. I appreicate it
@wlui1125 you just saved me £50 😅 thank you
