I watch this movie. A LOT. Because it is sweet and innocent. I am so tired of murder. This movie is so clean, I love listening to it at night before bed.
I wished she was in it. Someone explained why she didn't make an appearance in the comment section. 911 supposedly happened while they was shooting this, and it kept her from being able to attend.
It was Great to watch the Reunion movie again with the exception of Jo ( Nancy Mckeon) not being able to be on do Schedule of her TV show she was on then. I was so sad hearing about the passing of Mrs. Garrett (Charlotte Rae), she was so special to The Facts of Life Show.
Blair says in this movie that she was embarrassed by her cousin Jerrie because Jerrie had cerebral palsy....that wasn't the situation! She was actually jealous of Jerrie. That was the point of the episode when we met Jerrie for the first time.
Thank you for sharing this with us - The fans who desperately loved this show. Now if only you could upload all the reunion movies. Hey I had to ask lol.
Jo's actress was schedule to be in this at the end with the Thanksgiving scene but this was being filmed when 9/11 was happening preventing her from coming. In fact when the 2 guys that like Natalie were on the bench the towers were falling. I can't be sure if the cast knew what was happen or that the crew had them keep on filming to keep everyone's mind off of the tragedy that was happening that day.
This is Jennifer Sinclair. Of ALL the stuff on the internet, this movie is my favorite and what I go to sleep listening to every night........thank you to all the actors that did this movie and the writers. Perfect balance of little adventure, and wholesome fun story! I love it.
I am so glad that I have accidentally found this I have been trying to watch all of the episodes of the facts of Life I found out there's nine seasons and I've been watching different seasons on crackle the Roku channel but I just found this movie tonight and I'm so happy I love the facts of life I watched it when I was a little kid thank you THE FACTS OF LIFE ‼️❗‼️❣️❣️
I remembered being bummed back in the day that Jo was missing, but rewatching now it didn't bother me in the same way. I loved it, and it actually is fitting since they started together without her. It came back full circle.
13:12 - Seeing the full scope of the cafeteria finally gives us (the viewer) what its like to be realistically there. Even though we knew the original set was a one-dimensional studio mockup.
I remember when my Grandmother and I watched this together. She enjoyed the movie. Although Jo was mentioned and her daughter was there. All my Grandmother talked about throughout the entire movie was I still miss Jo
Its unfortunate Nancy McKeon wasn't in this reunion movie but glad there was an explanation for Jo's absence. Worst thing they could have done is recast Jo with another actress.
MoniqueFromPlymouth I especially liked how they referenced that Joe was a cop and that they hadn't seen her in a lifetime lifetime was the television station that Nancy's new show aired on where she played a cop LOL
i wish they could have done a sequel! there could have been 100's of possibilities for situations and setups! i even came up with a few if anyone is interested to hear them!
I got the complete series on dvd this past Christmas and already I am halfway into season 2. I want to watch this reunion movie like right now, however, I feel like I need to continue watching the rest of the series until i'm done with it. I want this to stay on here.
i personally loved the show facts of life and my 3 favorite girls are Tootie Natily and blair but the one that i think was just like me is jo because she was truthful brave and honest
@@haleydaniels271 While Dorothy a.k.a Tootie Ramsey was learning "The Facts of Life" in Peekskill, her twin sister, Regine Hunter, was "Living Single" in Brooklyn.😆
i was so happy for Natalie for all of them I wish Nancy McKeon was in it this reunion movie it was really good I wish they could've done more movies like this as well together 👌👍..
Anyone else disappointed that they never did a Y2K reunion show like they hinted at in the episode with Edna's Edibiles and Advice International and her shop had that supercomputer in it allowing her to give advice to people all over the world. They promised to get together for the new year in that episide.
Do not count on another reunion movie. Charlotte Rae is too fragile to appear in anything these days, and Nancy McKeon pretty much has a strict policy of leaving her FOL days permanently behind her.
The later characters were useless. But, yes, I did like the Season One characters. However, you could forget Molly. Ms. Ringwald made it quite clear how upset she was at being dropped after Season One, and she did not even take part in the half hour reunion episode on TV. Talk about getting revenge, though. She would go on to become a big screen star as part of the "Brat Pack".
Who grew up in the 80s loving this? I did still do.
The Facts Of Life , Who’s the Boss , Golden Girls , Give Me A Break , Full House, Growing Pains I watched growing up 🌷🌸🌺🌼
Family ties
Me too...they were my favorites
All of those were my shows too back then.
"they're not my daughters, but they are my girls"
makes my cry every time
My Grandmother and I watched this together in 2001 and She loved it. She kept saying over and over "I still Miss Jo"
Who is watching this in 2020?
I watch this movie. A LOT. Because it is sweet and innocent. I am so tired of murder. This movie is so clean, I love listening to it at night before bed.
Me.
me :)
‘21! -and I’m a NEW fan at age 37!😎
2021. Lol I did watch it when it came out too.
I love how they mention Jo as a police officer involved in a case of “lifetime”, which was her new role in 2001 on Lifetime.
VideoFanfromNC
Actually Nancy McKeon didn’t want to be in the reunion because she’s working hard to shake off the image of Jo Polniazchek
Thanks - I didn't notice that because I don't watch The Division!
It felt so weird with Nancy McKeon (Jo) not being there.
I wished she was in it. Someone explained why she didn't make an appearance in the comment section. 911 supposedly happened while they was shooting this, and it kept her from being able to attend.
I forget why she couldn’t be there for a reason, but I agree it def felt weird with her not being here for this reunion.
I love Charlotte Rae aka Mrs. Garrett. Such an amazing actress. Miss you Charlotte. RIP
The cast should've done another reunion movie with Jo, Beverly Ann, Andy, Pippa, and George. RIP Cloris Leachman.
Also RIP Charlotte Rae ❤️ she passed early Autumn 2018
Uhhmmmuh no,.No PIPPA!! God awful creature.
I do agree I wish they would’ve done another reunion in the 2010’s before we lost Charlotte Rae and would have also had Jo.
Jo, Beverly Ann, Andy, Pippa and the 4 other Eastland girls should have at least made cameos.
When you realize the reunion is 20 years old and you are like Ms Garrett's age.
Mrs.G rest in peace 1926- 2018
Thanks for the Memories! me and my mum, Loved this show!! :)
Blair says in this movie that she was embarrassed by her cousin Jerrie because Jerrie had cerebral palsy....that wasn't the situation! She was actually jealous of Jerrie. That was the point of the episode when we met Jerrie for the first time.
The writers for this movie had nothing to do with Facts of Life show when it was on.
CP? I thought Jerry was deaf???
She was clearly embarrassed. You know you can be both embarrassed and jealous, right?
@@theweakestlink2278 No. She have cerebral palsy in real life. She even wore a shirt in the show with a joke about it.
@@GalaxyNexus1 Right. I was thinking the same thing.
Love this show I was born in 1982 so I did not start watching this show till I got a little older but it is a really good show
I loooove this movie. RIP Charlotte.
Thank you for sharing! I could not find it on Amazon, but thankfully found it here.
I loved Mrs garret I was so devastated when I heard she died
I wish my mamaw was still around me and her loved the show we would watch the reruns back to back oh the memories oh the feels
I love the show like that too!
You take the bad you take the good you put them both together than you'll have The Facts Of Life just loved it and their all Stunning👌💯
"Surrender Dorothy" Love it!!
So happy i found this!!! Thank you for sharing!!! Of course I wish joe was in it but overall great reunion!!!
I miss the fact of life I forget how much I loved the show
The reruns come on the Logo channel daily for hours back to back! I make sure I record every episode!
I so wish Jo was on there
this reunion was awesome I cried i ain't gonna lie ........
I would want to see how she looks but i looked for her pic on the internet
She was busy busting perps with The Division in San Francisco.
This was a really wonderful reunion special!!! Thank you so much for sharing it!
Omg I love it👏👏👏👏👏 especially when they went back to the school I cried when the theme music came on.
I love it at 13:12 when they finally gave us a full scope of the cafeteria, which was the main setting for the early years of the show.
Thank you for sharing this with us - The fans who desperately loved this show. Now if only you could upload all the reunion movies. Hey I had to ask lol.
What a wonderful movie!! Thank you for sharing!
always love the show
YESS I used to watch the facts of life with my mom, and now I can show her this when she comes over :D

I can't be sure if the cast knew what was happen or that the crew had them keep on filming to keep everyone's mind off of the tragedy that was happening that day.
It's good to see wholesome movies like this instead of the trash on some stations.
They should have waited till all 4 girls could be in it.
I think Nancy McKeon had no intention of ever doing a reunion.
They all look so good....i was surprised to see Mrs. Garrett!
Rest peacefully Mrs Garrett.

although this was good, it's missing the Blair & Jo dynamic
That dynamic is the only reason I tolerated Blair. Without Jo, she's just an entitled twerp.
I remembered being bummed back in the day that Jo was missing, but rewatching now it didn't bother me in the same way. I loved it, and it actually is fitting since they started together without her. It came back full circle.
@@GalaxyNexus1 Yeah. I got used to it rather quickly.
I like how they include the cafeteria from the original series, but they rebuilt it as a full set with a ceiling and front wall.
13:12 - Seeing the full scope of the cafeteria finally gives us (the viewer) what its like to be realistically there. Even though we knew the original set was a one-dimensional studio mockup.
2:58 - that guy is Adam Reid.....for those of us who remember Nickelodeon reruns, he was on You Can't Do That on Television in the mid 1980s.
Just finished watching the movie. Damn I was disappointed Jo wasn't in it. Nancy aka jo was one of my faves on the show. She was def missed.
I remember when my Grandmother and I watched this together. She enjoyed the movie. Although Jo was mentioned and her daughter was there. All my Grandmother talked about throughout the entire movie was I still miss Jo
She was busy at the time, filming the second season of her TV show *The Division.*
@Kevin Prima so the shows that Nancy M. missed because of a contract dispute was not the real Facts of Life?
I loved this show...the characters were so likable. Blair was my favorite
It was cute and clean without being corny. I liked it -- too bad Jo couldn't be in this one.
Its unfortunate Nancy McKeon wasn't in this reunion movie but glad there was an explanation for Jo's absence. Worst thing they could have done is recast Jo with another actress.

Natalie was Plugging Nancy McKeon's Show The Division when she said She hadn't seen her for a "Lifetime"
LOL, Blair's license plate read BLRWTCH
Rip ms Charlotte Rae 😙 I'm from Milwaukee wi she was as well
Chris D need Nancy
The show is before my time but I love it!! I bought 6 seasons on dvd. The first season was boring but it got better.
Nikki C The show was better after the first season when Jo came on board.
Awe that was REALLY good. I don't remember hearing about this reunion prior to now. But I'm glad that I found it.
I watched this when it first premiered on tv in 2001
This made my day. Thanks for sharing :)
The opening reminds me of The Love Boat.
That's what it reminded me of when it first came on for sure.
My favorite movie of all time.
I missed Nancy in the movie. It was great but would have been greater with Nancy.
I think she was too busy talking to Roger on the phone.
Currently crying because I kept waiting for Jo to make an appearance and she never did😭😭

I miss Jo :(
Funny how they never brought up when they moved off Eastland Campus to open Edna's edibles later over our heads

Too bad Joe can not make it...
i wish they talk about andy even know he isn't in the movie
This is so outdated now. Almost 20 years old. We need another reunion movie while Charlotte Rae is still with us.
