Probably not. I don't see the point in having them all in one video right now. Plus my workouts are so long it would be a pretty lengthy video! I prefer to split them up and make them more accessible for people to quickly pull up and use!😁💪
I don't have specific rest times. I listen to my body and when I need rest I rest and when I know I need to get my butt up, I do! I guess for reference I would say my heavier lifts are around 3-5 min and my lighter sets are 1-2 minutes. Give or take depending how I feel! Especially with your main lifts you want to make sure you give yourself enough rest between to perform optimally! It's not a race💪

People always comment this! haha It always looks empty bc I only film when its not busy. I'm pretty good at knowing the slowest days/times as I've gone to the same gym since I started lifting. If I absolutely have to film and it is busy I just try to get as little people as possible in the shot👍 I hate training in busy gyms too though which is why I love 24/7 gyms so I have a higher chance of avoiding that issue by training super early or late!
