The #1 thing you do, which is why I love your content, is you say 'Use the build like THIS and don't do THAT or you're going to die.' So MANY streamers post builds where they say it does so much damage and it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, and then I try to run it , and it's actually not nearly as good as they say. So great job. I will run the Fireball Meteor build as soon as I get Gloves of the Illuminator AND my paragon board is more filled out. Right now Firewall Meteor is working okay.

Was working on firewall and meteor build with Esu's ferocity (passive) but it didn't really work unless you do dmg with meteor (firewall cant do crits so doesn't activate the passive skill). After watching your guide, I gave up on my firewall and copied yours. It's much better than I expected. Thank you for sharing the build!
Used Robs Firewall meteor build all the way to 100 with lv 15 glyphs. Switched to yours and murdered way faster and smoother even with 2 glyphs at lv 1 on lv 90 Vaults. Great job.

Did you change anything for uber lilith? I'm having a lot of trouble dodging the blobs as you wait for the waves to clear so you can move off the broken platform.@@GoldfarmingGuide
I been slowly testing and revising things with this build over time - not stepping on toes by any means, but had some observations: Once gear is good you can drop Frigid Breeze. One roll of lucky hit to restore mana on offhand and on 1 on Illuminator gloves works wonders. With 5 points saved from dropping Frigid Breeze you can put 2 into Fiery Surge for more mana regen or Elemental Attunement. Get enhanced Teleport and Shimmering Teleport and one point into Enchanced Flame Shield. Drop Exploiters (nothing really lives long enough to become immume to CC), and add Fortune aspect. This will result in almost 100% lucky hit. With all burning dots from Firebolt enchant and the insane amount of meteors from Lucky Hit you can add X'Fals - im seeing it proc a lot and it feels smooth running tier 100s with it. Keep Three Curses on amulet and Ancient Flame on offhand and Conceited on wand. It might even be worth dropping Conceited for Storm Swell if you have Arching and Breaking on pet. After doing a number of tier 100 nm dungeons and vaults i think this setup feels even better to play. Definitely interested to hear your thoughts.
My build is almost finished only lacking a good amulet (those are incredibly hard to find) and struggling a bit at level 100 nm dungeon so I'll try your suggestions. I feel a bit squishy so I need to play slowly and always kite mobs. So it takes me about 10 minutes for a level 100 vault. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but they often manage to reach me: not enough immoblize chance ? not enough damage ? I use Everliving enchant for extra damage reduction but maybe Fortune would be superior. X'Fal's seems a weird choice, loosing one enchant and crit chance, but worth testing. I'm currently using Shattered Stars enchant for extra meteorites but it wasn't mentionned by anyone and I wonder why because it seems pretty good on paper.
@@MathieuPilot XFals just felt smooth to use - the crits from it don't seem to be scaled very high though so I'll probably swap back to an aspect ring....until I get Starless
As already mentioned I do not recommend using X'fals. Your main damage boosting aspects and paragon node dont buff X'Fals and furthermore you take 30% damage away from meteors impact. On the aspect changes and also paragon defensive or not is totally personal preference.
Shattered stars is garbage. If you play the aspects the way that I crafted the build, even without any amulet, you will be far superior. Shattered stars basically just looks good but hits nothing at all. Really you can just take and +3 devouring blaze amulet (you can pick it up for ~100m max at diablo.trade for example)
@@GoldfarmingGuide your recommendation is noted but it doesn't make something ultimately better or worse. With this build crits with Xfals hit for around 2.5 million, its an ok trade off if you are still looking for a perfect ring, or for Starless. I got a ring last night with near perfect Crit chance, Crit damage, Lucky hit, Barrier generation. I'll probably use this one for a while. What do you think about using Firefly + Multishot + Piercing + Seeking on the Seneschal? I've been trying this out today along with Tempest + Arcing + Resource + Breaking. I think it feels pretty good for single target especially, obviously you are losing the 1.2 multiplier from Flash of Adrenamine but every time this feels like an increase single target.

I switched the paragon board a bit and.dropped the reduced elite damage reduction node to max out destruction glyph (taking all dex) and picked up non physical damage and life node on Enchantment Master board. I like this a bit better, but only a small change. This is am excellent build. Still want that Starless ring as well...105+ Duriel kills so far and nothing 😂

Hey, I'm following your guide/build and it's awesome for clearing Bosses/NMD! I got Ring of Starless Skies earlier this week, switched it out with the Storm Swell Aspect and it's just melting T100 with ease.
I absolutely love your build, I'm cruising through T90s with decent gear! Thank you so so much once again! I have some questions and proposals for you: 1. Give us a changes log to your build planner. It's hard checking everything any time you update your planner. 2. Optimal potions not mentioned. Lucky or crit I would assume? 3. Any alternative super late game gearing setups? With rare items from Duriel or Unique stones for example. 4. What is your take on Staff of Endless Rage? It looks too good to pass up, maybe some aspect reconfiguration would yield better results with it? Thanks dude :)
Hey, I do not make any changes to the planners really :D So its the correct version. Poitons its pretty much up to you. Attack speed is pretty much vers strong poition. All the other craftable other then armor poiton are pretty useless. This really doesnt need anything super lategamish other than starless skies ring and the uber stones. The staff is garbage. It is pretty much a straight ~100% damage loss. Wand and focus + 2 legendary aspects + int/all stats/crit chance/cdr/lucky hit etc are just extremely superior above the staffs unique effect.
@GoldfarmingGuide Thank you for the reply! Starless skies ring straight up replaces the legendary ring or do you need any other aspect swaps? Also the unique stones replace Mockery (Evernight) and Initiative (Genesis)?

Just swapped to your build from playing firewall and not being able to do 70s to doing 90s without any issues all my glyphs not even lvl 15 this is awesome
Excellent build. I use The Oculus and Rainment for constant CC on the enemies and to counter the reduced dash cooldown from the armor aspect. It also helps with keeping the Speed bonus from Eisus. Still works amazing with your paragon board. I like to keep my enemies vulnerable through the new pet follower, so any advice on what skill to replace lightning spear perhaps? Thanks again for the awesome guide!
The pet will not give you constant uptime. Dont skip lightning spear. The stun keeps you alive. You just increase your number of random death with removing it. Also there is really nothing else you can add other than frost armor.
Great videos! I’m glad that you play test them on stream to show the viability and play style of the build in the dungeons you say you can complete. It makes it believable and accomplishable. I do have one question regarding class balancing. I know barb single target is very overpowered currently. Ball lightning last season was pretty close at dps in comparison to the barb. I have noticed that while sorc is good for clearing a ton of mobs, we don’t do so well single target. Are there any builds for sorc that offers high single target dps to compete with barb for boss fights or killing elites rapidly?
That is a GREAT question. I hope someone else tries to answer it. I would say 'NO' - nothing Sorc puts out comes close to competing with Barb single target damage output. To my knowledge, Meteor is the hardest hitting single target skill. I would say MAYBE if you can hit a boss with Meteor and have them burning in Firewall and you stack all your crit damage bonuses AND all of your damage to enemies burning then you're going to do a ton of damage...over time. And still need Tal Rasha's stacks, and if you can get X'Fal's to go off, even more damage. Sorc (in my opinion) needs to STACK a lot of things to do tremendous damage. Barb does a few shouts and whacks a boss for a several million points.
Really enjoying this build, thanks so much for making it. I think I got kind of lucky and dropped a (mediocre) X'Fal's in a Nightmare vault - I assume it would work pretty well with this build along with Tal Rasha?
Nice work, ty for sharing. I have two questions: 1) Why Aspect of Ancient Flame? Could I use something else in its place? 2) What if I change the Juggernaut's Aspect for Aspect of Disobedience? Would I just loose a little of armor, but gain a shorted CD for evasion and mov speed from boots, with the crit rate bonus?
Ancient Flame just best way to get attack speed. You could remove it, but you're attack speed is going to be terrible. I will never use disobedience again. I really dont case about the 8 seconds and little crit loss on esus at all. Disobedience you just get one shot all the time if you're stacks fall off which is a very annoying mechanic, so I will basically not play it with juggernauts being far superior armor wise.
Great build man, been running it all day since swapping from firewall meteor and it's been awesome even though my gear is still not optimal and glyphs are only 15. Been trying it with Oculus this last hour and it's crazy with 47.3% flat damage increase. Thanks!!
Glad you like it. But dont get confused about the oculus. Its roughly a 45% Damage loss for your build. The 47% on you oculus is additive damage, that means it gets added on all of your other damage bonus (with a fully paragon and level 15 glyphs you're prolly somewhere at around ~700% additive damage bonus). So it really would just be around 7%. Your wand has a legendary aspect (30%+), 100+ Int (Int+All Stats) which is another 10%, and also it can have good damage (like Vulnerable + to Burning for example) So you are looking at a huge damage loss with oculus compared to a regular wand.

Really fun looking build. I'm trying lightning druid this season, but coming from ball lightning last season and twisting blades in season 1, I feel so slow. Might jump over to fireball / meteor once I get to 100.

I wouldnt use shattered stars. It pretty much just looks good, but the meteorites have very small aoe and do not really hit anything. The burn from them is not very relevant. Also it would not buff fireball so a clear no here.
you can easily make a bosskiller build, but you have to use tibaults, and very offensive paragon. bossing and aoe don’t really work this season at the same time
I have switched to this build around lvl 80 once i had gloves, helmet, boots and ring. So far everything looks much beter besides single target damage. Son of Malaphas or Butcher in Dungeon 70+ was impossible to kill in reasonable time frames :) Still I`m leveling glyphs so i have a hope that it will improve.
you are not really supposed to kill butcher/maphas on those levels. On level 80 your equal Dungeon level is like level 40-50 or so :D So if you're playing 30 tiers up, it's gona be even more lame to kill those :D
With this build at lv 82 I was soloing Duriel and running NM vault 70, it really works nicely. And I assure you my rolls are not great, missing lots of cooldown reduction and lucky hit you list as priorities, so its only gonna get stronger.
Nive one playing it almost the same way like u and i love it. Bouncy allone is nice to farm, but bad at bosses. This one combines both and its not blizzard and i love it😊
Such a great build, having a lot of fun with it. But have you tried to use resource support from pet to solve mana cost? I feel it's better than Frigid Breeze and is legit, also save you at least 3 skill points.
Hey resource support does pretty much only work a little bit on bosses. The uptime is too low, the construct half of the time doesnt fire, it has very slow attack animations, and also 10 resource per hit from the pet is just way too low to feed fireball. So yes I tried it, but it really is not required outside of bossfights anyway, and for the 5 skillpoints, I dont really have anywhere else to put them anyway ,)
Yup, but I find we only lack of mana in bossing, so it does help a little. Btw, have you tried to use XFal as the second ring? I find it increases quite a bit damage while bossing
Great build, I've been using it for a few weeks now and it smashes T100 vaults with ease. I'm just struggling with single target bosses like Son of Malphus or The Butcher whenever they show up in T100's. Any tips or tweaks you'd suggest for single target boss fights like with this build. Thanks
Lol, I believe you right. When I'm solo in T100's those two aren't nearly as much of a pain and I'm successful in killing them in a reasonableamount of time, but the loot sucks. 4 party T100's is a different story however and we usually pass on those encounters. Final question, any tips for Uber Lilith with this build? Thank you again for the guild and taking the time to answer community questions.
use this to level from 1 to 100 and I was having a blast, the only drawback I have right now is that I can't kill duriel, and sometime adds can stil lone shot me if I don't have shield striaght away haha

I have 2 questions (sorry, I don't understand spoken English much, I think you explain it in your video, sry) why do you place the fire bolt enchantment, does it make any substantial difference to the burn damage? And the second is, why don't you have resource regeneration in the ring, for example, if you notice that you often suffer from it? thank you
If you look at the planner, I have resource generation on the Ring. I simply dont have one with resource gen and since they disable trading, Im kinda screwed since I dont want to grind for gear in this game anymore :D Firebolt enchant is required since a lot of bonus damage and damage reduction is based on burning. Meteor does not apply burning fast enough and also not to all mobs.
@@GoldfarmingGuide I tried 2 different version, both firewall+meteor. The first one was made before the season started and the guy is not even playing it. The second one the guy did a paragon board until lvl 80 and didnt update the build to lvl 100 lol

@@flow3241 well there is really no alternative. you need frost damage for tal rasha stack so ice blades works very well since it has no mana cost and even gives you a little CDR in return. You can use tibaults, but you need a 5500+ juggernaut roll and a 25%+ armor roll on your chest.
Thanks for sharing the build! I have a question about paragon board. Why dont you use the Adept glyph? It gives damage and also increased area to the meteor. Seems good, but do you think it is not worth it?
Friend, great guide! Can you please tell me if Uber Unique Ring of Starless can be used in this build? What ring can replace it? And I also see the X'Fal ring in similar assemblies, does it not fit here? Is Tal Rasha better than him? What two rings should ideally be worn?
X'Fal is not good with meteor. It does very little burn and the three curses aspect doesnt scale with x'fals. So you dont want to use xfals here. Starless skies obviously is best ring you can play in any sorc build, so you replace the other ring slot with it. Always use tal rasha no matter what build.
Sick build. I like your thinking on the paragon boards and glyphs. I tried the lucky hit cold mana skill and it does seem to work, but what's the best way to figure out whether it has procced? I don't see it on the bar.
Just trust me that it works :D You basically remove all mana reg and just shoot a dummy until mana empty and you will see mana spike up from the aspect here and there
How do you get that bluish hue on fire ? Currently have 15/4 points on meteor and nothing. Also how do I get that ring that forms for a few seconds before metor drops?
You can use it for bossing. But in general its a loss of defenses for an unrequired dps increase. Whenever I feel I dont need more dps, I will basically build defenses.
If you could put timestamps in this it would be great. I am going to reference your build planner and watch some of the gameplay, but I can’t watch a 37 minute video. No offense. If you could put timestamps on here so I could find the “how to play section” people are talking about I would be more inclined to give this a chance. But thank you for at least providing the build planner. I can probably figure it out from there.

I got all the items ro run this but lma wait until I lvl all my glyphs up to 15. Blizzard sorc is working great for now, only missing Blue Rose ring =) Good video nontheless.
Probably switch Fortify support to flash of adrenaline for intiative and then put it on your offensive skill and prolly switch it to tempest because of low duration.
@@TheTerrafrostbyte not really true. You just cannt facetank mobs. As with pretty much all sorc builds but selig/low life you just have to kill stuff before it hits you lol :D This build is relatively tanky, so you dont die from regular damage, but you die from random one shots of course
@@GoldfarmingGuide yes I suppose that's true. I forgot what it felt like to have random one shots coming from ball lighting. It just feels like running a high tier aoz and losing my barrier.
You would obviously remove the control ring. Tal Rasha is strongest ring possible, never don't even think about removing that ring for anything ever :D Soulbrand you can use, but I feel it underwhelming. Just makes me use poitions all the time, and when i need heal from poitions, I'm always out of poitions :D And the barrier you get from them just feels so minimal its just like 3k barrier or such.
Well you need attack speed :D Simple as that. Also shattered stars is not a great aspect. It just looks good but its pretty trash. The meteorites have tiny aoe and will basically not hit a lot of mobs at all. Also shattered stars does not buff fireball damage, so we dont want to play any kind of aspects not buffing both of our spells.
That the build I was making gj! Quick question! I notice you have 5 stack of tal rasha? Ice blade, fireball/meteor, Lightning spear ? What else? I would also try Frozen orb to apply more vunerable insteas of iceb’ade but I dont know if ill get enough mana, did you try?
I tried frozen orb instead of ice blade but mana is the problem. Like this vid, lightening spear is best option to initiate vulnerable. And FYI - you can do 4 stacks on tal rasha if dungeon has an advantage of poison attack(activates when evading) 😉
@@dobbyoutuber I notice the 4 stack with the poison :) i finally got the helmet so I do plat with Frozen orb, i dont have mana issue, but i put 3 points on Fiery surge and 1 in warmth, you can also add Resource support stone on the construct of needed. I really like Frozen orb, keep the gameplay more dynamic, and also help for the vunerable so i also play Exploit instead of reinforce. I also play tal rasha and xfal!
Hey currently using the fire wall/ meteor build from robsbuild, you think fireball build is better? We are relatively quick at clearing mobs but not insane quick, and our single target damage on bosses is terrible
anybody running this build with like Tibault's will or other Unique's? I've swapped out Storm Swell ring with Starless Skies which is awesome.. just wondering if anyone else has tried other unique swap outs. I love this build by the way
Hey, thanks for video! Do you know, does the Pyromaniac glyph work in Burning Instinct? I'm a little bit confuset, I insert it in Burning Instinct with my Firewall sorceress, but it didn't show any bonuces.
No its not recommend. Its pretty bad. If you play fire sorc, You are scaling Pyromancy skill damage which x'fals doesnt benefit from. In this build you have three curses (just buffs fireball/meteor), searing heat (just buffs pyromancy), Inner flames (just buffs pyromancy damage), etc. So oddly enough X'fals is not that great for firebuilds, it works much better with non fire builds :S
I wasn’t sure if it would or not because it read Dot damage has a chance to erupt and since things are constantly burning. I have one is why I was asking but I trust you so I’ll use what you have!
do i use this build to level up too? i know on maxroll usually they make you use another build to level yourself up before you jump into the main build.
Curious on your thoughts of this build vs meteor firewall? Did fireball just end up synergizing more because of the nature of meteor being an on hit ability?
Firewall was never good. It was just a temporary build. The problem is you cant effectively scale burning damage, it just doesnt work. So this build is 15 times better than firewall.
@@GoldfarmingGuide so fire wall is kind of just a league starter build and then you transition into a more gear reliant build like this one, kinda like how POE builds work
How does this compare to like maxroll ball lightning? I'm trying this build right now coming from Lash build and I enjoy the change, but I don't really feel any stronger (more consistent DPS but less burst)- but I'm missing some uniques so I don't know if I should fully commit or swap to Ball. I swapped to the staff for a few vaults and it seemed to increase mt DPS which doesnt make sense with the build I feel like, but like I said I'm not quite perfectly optomized yet.
Tibaults is not needed for this build. You dont need the resource and I prefer playing defenses. Also dont feel a lack of damage. But you can of course play it if you want, you just have to get an percent armor roll on your amulet.
I’m new to Diablo just started this season. I’m able to clear t90 nm dungeons in few min with this exact build. Movement is key for this build you have to keep moving and after a few fireballs that proc meteors everything dies. I’m not doing as much damage as him but as a noob I feel pretty good about being able to run a t90 fairly easy. I could do a t100 maybe except I get one shot by everything it seems. Anyone have any tips to help me survive I have red dmg in gear n def stats I feel like I’m missing something I don’t have same strength as other I think
Pretty much you need 70% resistances and 13.9k armor to avoid most one shots. You still will get one shot some times though, thats just part of the terrible game design D4 currently has.
@@GoldfarmingGuide lol true my arnors good then my resistance is low not quite 70 on everything how are you doing so much damage? High rolls on ur gear? I have decent stats and havent found same gear any better so my dmg isnt getting higer
Love rhe build but have a question. On the first paragon board i have the same points you got but for some reason my elementalist is 30/40 int. the glyph is max level

Ive found the ring of the starless skies, and I need your advice about it. Should I use the aspect which gives damage for 100 resources and the tebaults will together for more mana and damage. I need to test it but I dont have time unfortunately. Its little bit much to ask but I really want to use it so I need an advice :) ty
Yes shattered stars works on all meteors. I just feel like shattered stars is not worth it since it does not buff firewall and overall in this build a lot of damage comes from fireball and meteorites seem to be not hitting stuff that well (small aoe)
Hi, please tell me. In your build I have 21k of armour. Can the trousers be replaced by tibo? And what would be better for weight damage? Plus meteor or tibo?
why you have so much armor? :D you dont need more than 13.9k You can probably use tibaults. You wont have the best uptime on it, So I don't think that you would gain major damage here. I would rather play defensive chest and pants you can for example put intelligence roll on chest piece or such. Depending on your roll on juggernauts you only need one %armor roll on chest or pants. You dont need % armor roll on amulet.

Staff is not good. Its way to much of a loss. Juggernauts is like 15 times better than disobedience. The Armor bonus is extremely strong because it comes before %armor on your items. Also disobedience has to build up stacks and you can get one shot while not having full stacks. Juggernauts is always active.
Meteor is Pointless without helm. Just play pure fireball. But pure fireball also needs the gloves won't work without. I'd recommend to just get a group in discord and farm the uniques, they won't care about your gear since they will be level 100 anyway.

Because other fireball/meteor builds have no clue what they are doing :D They don't do proper research and don't test things properly. Oddly enough, X'fals ends to work much better in non-fire builds, because in fire builds, a lot of stuff doesnt work with x'fals. In this case for example: - Aspect of Three Curses doesnt work for X'fals - Inner Flames doesnt work for X'Fals - Searing Heat doesnt work for X'Fals So basically you have more than 100%[x] of your damage buffs not count for X'Fals. You can use it if you want, sure, but It will be less impactful than a regular damage effect. Especially since we scale meteor burst damage in this build.

Firewall is for early game. It's easy to scale burning damage because you don't need crit. But Burning damage doesnt scale into lategame.
Used Robs Firewall meteor build all the way to 100 with lv 15 glyphs. Switched to yours and murdered way faster and smoother even with 2 glyphs at lv 1 on lv 90 Vaults. Great job.

I been slowly testing and revising things with this build over time - not stepping on toes by any means, but had some observations:
Once gear is good you can drop Frigid Breeze. One roll of lucky hit to restore mana on offhand and on 1 on Illuminator gloves works wonders. With 5 points saved from dropping Frigid Breeze you can put 2 into Fiery Surge for more mana regen or Elemental Attunement. Get enhanced Teleport and Shimmering Teleport and one point into Enchanced Flame Shield. Drop Exploiters (nothing really lives long enough to become immume to CC), and add Fortune aspect. This will result in almost 100% lucky hit. With all burning dots from Firebolt enchant and the insane amount of meteors from Lucky Hit you can add X'Fals - im seeing it proc a lot and it feels smooth running tier 100s with it. Keep Three Curses on amulet and Ancient Flame on offhand and Conceited on wand. It might even be worth dropping Conceited for Storm Swell if you have Arching and Breaking on pet. After doing a number of tier 100 nm dungeons and vaults i think this setup feels even better to play. Definitely interested to hear your thoughts.
My build is almost finished only lacking a good amulet (those are incredibly hard to find) and struggling a bit at level 100 nm dungeon so I'll try your suggestions.
I feel a bit squishy so I need to play slowly and always kite mobs. So it takes me about 10 minutes for a level 100 vault. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but they often manage to reach me: not enough immoblize chance ? not enough damage ?
I use Everliving enchant for extra damage reduction but maybe Fortune would be superior.
X'Fal's seems a weird choice, loosing one enchant and crit chance, but worth testing. I'm currently using Shattered Stars enchant for extra meteorites but it wasn't mentionned by anyone and I wonder why because it seems pretty good on paper.
@@MathieuPilot XFals just felt smooth to use - the crits from it don't seem to be scaled very high though so I'll probably swap back to an aspect ring....until I get Starless
As already mentioned I do not recommend using X'fals. Your main damage boosting aspects and paragon node dont buff X'Fals and furthermore you take 30% damage away from meteors impact. On the aspect changes and also paragon defensive or not is totally personal preference.
Shattered stars is garbage. If you play the aspects the way that I crafted the build, even without any amulet, you will be far superior. Shattered stars basically just looks good but hits nothing at all.
Really you can just take and +3 devouring blaze amulet (you can pick it up for ~100m max at diablo.trade for example)
@@GoldfarmingGuide your recommendation is noted but it doesn't make something ultimately better or worse. With this build crits with Xfals hit for around 2.5 million, its an ok trade off if you are still looking for a perfect ring, or for Starless. I got a ring last night with near perfect Crit chance, Crit damage, Lucky hit, Barrier generation. I'll probably use this one for a while.
What do you think about using Firefly + Multishot + Piercing + Seeking on the Seneschal? I've been trying this out today along with Tempest + Arcing + Resource + Breaking. I think it feels pretty good for single target especially, obviously you are losing the 1.2 multiplier from Flash of Adrenamine but every time this feels like an increase single target.

I switched the paragon board a bit and.dropped the reduced elite damage reduction node to max out destruction glyph (taking all dex) and picked up non physical damage and life node on Enchantment Master board. I like this a bit better, but only a small change. This is am excellent build. Still want that Starless ring as well...105+ Duriel kills so far and nothing 😂

Hey, I do not make any changes to the planners really :D So its the correct version.
Poitons its pretty much up to you. Attack speed is pretty much vers strong poition. All the other craftable other then armor poiton are pretty useless.
This really doesnt need anything super lategamish other than starless skies ring and the uber stones.
The staff is garbage. It is pretty much a straight ~100% damage loss. Wand and focus + 2 legendary aspects + int/all stats/crit chance/cdr/lucky hit etc are just extremely superior above the staffs unique effect.

Excellent build. I use The Oculus and Rainment for constant CC on the enemies and to counter the reduced dash cooldown from the armor aspect. It also helps with keeping the Speed bonus from Eisus. Still works amazing with your paragon board. I like to keep my enemies vulnerable through the new pet follower, so any advice on what skill to replace lightning spear perhaps? Thanks again for the awesome guide!
The pet will not give you constant uptime. Dont skip lightning spear. The stun keeps you alive. You just increase your number of random death with removing it. Also there is really nothing else you can add other than frost armor.

Great videos! I’m glad that you play test them on stream to show the viability and play style of the build in the dungeons you say you can complete. It makes it believable and accomplishable. I do have one question regarding class balancing. I know barb single target is very overpowered currently. Ball lightning last season was pretty close at dps in comparison to the barb. I have noticed that while sorc is good for clearing a ton of mobs, we don’t do so well single target. Are there any builds for sorc that offers high single target dps to compete with barb for boss fights or killing elites rapidly?
That is a GREAT question. I hope someone else tries to answer it. I would say 'NO' - nothing Sorc puts out comes close to competing with Barb single target damage output. To my knowledge, Meteor is the hardest hitting single target skill. I would say MAYBE if you can hit a boss with Meteor and have them burning in Firewall and you stack all your crit damage bonuses AND all of your damage to enemies burning then you're going to do a ton of damage...over time. And still need Tal Rasha's stacks, and if you can get X'Fal's to go off, even more damage. Sorc (in my opinion) needs to STACK a lot of things to do tremendous damage. Barb does a few shouts and whacks a boss for a several million points.
I will explore some other builds after this. This build is "OK" single target, but definetly not a killer like BL was.

Nice work, ty for sharing. I have two questions: 1) Why Aspect of Ancient Flame? Could I use something else in its place? 2) What if I change the Juggernaut's Aspect for Aspect of Disobedience? Would I just loose a little of armor, but gain a shorted CD for evasion and mov speed from boots, with the crit rate bonus?
Ancient Flame just best way to get attack speed. You could remove it, but you're attack speed is going to be terrible. I will never use disobedience again. I really dont case about the 8 seconds and little crit loss on esus at all.
Disobedience you just get one shot all the time if you're stacks fall off which is a very annoying mechanic, so I will basically not play it with juggernauts being far superior armor wise.

Great build man, been running it all day since swapping from firewall meteor and it's been awesome even though my gear is still not optimal and glyphs are only 15. Been trying it with Oculus this last hour and it's crazy with 47.3% flat damage increase. Thanks!!
Glad you like it. But dont get confused about the oculus. Its roughly a 45% Damage loss for your build.
The 47% on you oculus is additive damage, that means it gets added on all of your other damage bonus (with a fully paragon and level 15 glyphs you're prolly somewhere at around ~700% additive damage bonus). So it really would just be around 7%.
Your wand has a legendary aspect (30%+), 100+ Int (Int+All Stats) which is another 10%, and also it can have good damage (like Vulnerable + to Burning for example)
So you are looking at a huge damage loss with oculus compared to a regular wand.

Really fun looking build. I'm trying lightning druid this season, but coming from ball lightning last season and twisting blades in season 1, I feel so slow. Might jump over to fireball / meteor once I get to 100.

I wouldnt use shattered stars. It pretty much just looks good, but the meteorites have very small aoe and do not really hit anything. The burn from them is not very relevant. Also it would not buff fireball so a clear no here.

you can easily make a bosskiller build, but you have to use tibaults, and very offensive paragon. bossing and aoe don’t really work this season at the same time
Just switched from the chain lightning build to this. Imo this is way more efficient in clearing vaults
Chain lightning is pretty bad this season since it has no true AoE I would say its pretty unplayable overall.
I have switched to this build around lvl 80 once i had gloves, helmet, boots and ring. So far everything looks much beter besides single target damage. Son of Malaphas or Butcher in Dungeon 70+ was impossible to kill in reasonable time frames :) Still I`m leveling glyphs so i have a hope that it will improve.
you are not really supposed to kill butcher/maphas on those levels. On level 80 your equal Dungeon level is like level 40-50 or so :D So if you're playing 30 tiers up, it's gona be even more lame to kill those :D
With this build at lv 82 I was soloing Duriel and running NM vault 70, it really works nicely. And I assure you my rolls are not great, missing lots of cooldown reduction and lucky hit you list as priorities, so its only gonna get stronger.

Nive one playing it almost the same way like u and i love it. Bouncy allone is nice to farm, but bad at bosses. This one combines both and its not blizzard and i love it😊

Such a great build, having a lot of fun with it. But have you tried to use resource support from pet to solve mana cost? I feel it's better than Frigid Breeze and is legit, also save you at least 3 skill points.
Hey resource support does pretty much only work a little bit on bosses. The uptime is too low, the construct half of the time doesnt fire, it has very slow attack animations, and also 10 resource per hit from the pet is just way too low to feed fireball. So yes I tried it, but it really is not required outside of bossfights anyway, and for the 5 skillpoints, I dont really have anywhere else to put them anyway ,)
Yup, but I find we only lack of mana in bossing, so it does help a little. Btw, have you tried to use XFal as the second ring? I find it increases quite a bit damage while bossing
Great build, I've been using it for a few weeks now and it smashes T100 vaults with ease. I'm just struggling with single target bosses like Son of Malphus or The Butcher whenever they show up in T100's. Any tips or tweaks you'd suggest for single target boss fights like with this build. Thanks
the short answer. Just ignore those. It's not going to be worth your time killing those in this build.
Lol, I believe you right. When I'm solo in T100's those two aren't nearly as much of a pain and I'm successful in killing them in a reasonableamount of time, but the loot sucks. 4 party T100's is a different story however and we usually pass on those encounters. Final question, any tips for Uber Lilith with this build? Thank you again for the guild and taking the time to answer community questions.
use this to level from 1 to 100 and I was having a blast, the only drawback I have right now is that I can't kill duriel, and sometime adds can stil lone shot me if I don't have shield striaght away haha

I have 2 questions (sorry, I don't understand spoken English much, I think you explain it in your video, sry) why do you place the fire bolt enchantment, does it make any substantial difference to the burn damage? And the second is, why don't you have resource regeneration in the ring, for example, if you notice that you often suffer from it? thank you
If you look at the planner, I have resource generation on the Ring. I simply dont have one with resource gen and since they disable trading, Im kinda screwed since I dont want to grind for gear in this game anymore :D
Firebolt enchant is required since a lot of bonus damage and damage reduction is based on burning. Meteor does not apply burning fast enough and also not to all mobs.

@@flow3241 well there is really no alternative. you need frost damage for tal rasha stack so ice blades works very well since it has no mana cost and even gives you a little CDR in return. You can use tibaults, but you need a 5500+ juggernaut roll and a 25%+ armor roll on your chest.
Thanks for sharing the build! I have a question about paragon board. Why dont you use the Adept glyph? It gives damage and also increased area to the meteor. Seems good, but do you think it is not worth it?
It does not buff fireball, and the area increase seems to be not really so impactful

Friend, great guide! Can you please tell me if Uber Unique Ring of Starless can be used in this build? What ring can replace it? And I also see the X'Fal ring in similar assemblies, does it not fit here? Is Tal Rasha better than him? What two rings should ideally be worn?
X'Fal is not good with meteor. It does very little burn and the three curses aspect doesnt scale with x'fals. So you dont want to use xfals here. Starless skies obviously is best ring you can play in any sorc build, so you replace the other ring slot with it. Always use tal rasha no matter what build.

Sick build. I like your thinking on the paragon boards and glyphs. I tried the lucky hit cold mana skill and it does seem to work, but what's the best way to figure out whether it has procced? I don't see it on the bar.
Just trust me that it works :D You basically remove all mana reg and just shoot a dummy until mana empty and you will see mana spike up from the aspect here and there
From my own trials on the dummies it seems it does not work on PS5.

You can use it for bossing. But in general its a loss of defenses for an unrequired dps increase. Whenever I feel I dont need more dps, I will basically build defenses.
If you could put timestamps in this it would be great. I am going to reference your build planner and watch some of the gameplay, but I can’t watch a 37 minute video. No offense. If you could put timestamps on here so I could find the “how to play section” people are talking about I would be more inclined to give this a chance. But thank you for at least providing the build planner. I can probably figure it out from there.

Probably switch Fortify support to flash of adrenaline for intiative and then put it on your offensive skill and prolly switch it to tempest because of low duration.

You would obviously remove the control ring. Tal Rasha is strongest ring possible, never don't even think about removing that ring for anything ever :D
Soulbrand you can use, but I feel it underwhelming. Just makes me use poitions all the time, and when i need heal from poitions, I'm always out of poitions :D And the barrier you get from them just feels so minimal its just like 3k barrier or such.

Well you need attack speed :D Simple as that. Also shattered stars is not a great aspect. It just looks good but its pretty trash. The meteorites have tiny aoe and will basically not hit a lot of mobs at all. Also shattered stars does not buff fireball damage, so we dont want to play any kind of aspects not buffing both of our spells.
What would be an entry level build before you get the unique helmet and gloves? I have a 70 lv firewall sorc and bosses take forever
I guess you can go fireball with the 3 ancestrals from Varshan and firewall instead of meteor

no 3 stacks tal rasha is max. In this build enchantments are fixed. No room for frozen orb.

I tried frozen orb instead of ice blade but mana is the problem. Like this vid, lightening spear is best option to initiate vulnerable.
And FYI - you can do 4 stacks on tal rasha if dungeon has an advantage of poison attack(activates when evading) 😉
@@dobbyoutuber I notice the 4 stack with the poison :) i finally got the helmet so I do plat with Frozen orb, i dont have mana issue, but i put 3 points on Fiery surge and 1 in warmth, you can also add Resource support stone on the construct of needed. I really like Frozen orb, keep the gameplay more dynamic, and also help for the vunerable so i also play Exploit instead of reinforce. I also play tal rasha and xfal!
Hey currently using the fire wall/ meteor build from robsbuild, you think fireball build is better? We are relatively quick at clearing mobs but not insane quick, and our single target damage on bosses is terrible
fire wall burning damage doesnt scale. this build is like 10 times stronger.
what about the 30% damage reduction passive for teleport? i always liked that, is it not necessary?
Sure you can use it but I always felt I dont need it.

No its not recommend. Its pretty bad. If you play fire sorc, You are scaling Pyromancy skill damage which x'fals doesnt benefit from. In this build you have three curses (just buffs fireball/meteor), searing heat (just buffs pyromancy), Inner flames (just buffs pyromancy damage), etc.
So oddly enough X'fals is not that great for firebuilds, it works much better with non fire builds :S
I wasn’t sure if it would or not because it read Dot damage has a chance to erupt and since things are constantly burning.
I have one is why I was asking but I trust you so I’ll use what you have!

Curious on your thoughts of this build vs meteor firewall? Did fireball just end up synergizing more because of the nature of meteor being an on hit ability?
Firewall was never good. It was just a temporary build. The problem is you cant effectively scale burning damage, it just doesnt work. So this build is 15 times better than firewall.
@@GoldfarmingGuide so fire wall is kind of just a league starter build and then you transition into a more gear reliant build like this one, kinda like how POE builds work

How does this compare to like maxroll ball lightning? I'm trying this build right now coming from Lash build and I enjoy the change, but I don't really feel any stronger (more consistent DPS but less burst)- but I'm missing some uniques so I don't know if I should fully commit or swap to Ball.
I swapped to the staff for a few vaults and it seemed to increase mt DPS which doesnt make sense with the build I feel like, but like I said I'm not quite perfectly optomized yet.
You need all the items, or the build will not work at all. Ball lightning is not a good build this season.
What are your thoughts about utilizing Tybault's Will?
Tibaults is not needed for this build. You dont need the resource and I prefer playing defenses. Also dont feel a lack of damage. But you can of course play it if you want, you just have to get an percent armor roll on your amulet.

I’m new to Diablo just started this season. I’m able to clear t90 nm dungeons in few min with this exact build. Movement is key for this build you have to keep moving and after a few fireballs that proc meteors everything dies. I’m not doing as much damage as him but as a noob I feel pretty good about being able to run a t90 fairly easy. I could do a t100 maybe except I get one shot by everything it seems. Anyone have any tips to help me survive I have red dmg in gear n def stats I feel like I’m missing something I don’t have same strength as other I think
Pretty much you need 70% resistances and 13.9k armor to avoid most one shots. You still will get one shot some times though, thats just part of the terrible game design D4 currently has.
@@GoldfarmingGuide lol true my arnors good then my resistance is low not quite 70 on everything how are you doing so much damage? High rolls on ur gear? I have decent stats and havent found same gear any better so my dmg isnt getting higer

Love rhe build but have a question. On the first paragon board i have the same points you got but for some reason my elementalist is 30/40 int. the glyph is max level

@@mewtwo33 i wouldnt do it. the impact of them is very small aoe, I find in general they dont hit anything, just look good :D

Am checked it out again and makes the dummy also vulnerable with the senechal, and I still feel it does not work. It would be great if someone else on PS5 can check it out.

Ive found the ring of the starless skies, and I need your advice about it. Should I use the aspect which gives damage for 100 resources and the tebaults will together for more mana and damage. I need to test it but I dont have time unfortunately. Its little bit much to ask but I really want to use it so I need an advice :) ty
Just use starless. It will fix all your mana issues. Tibaults you dont wanna use, you are going to be dying a lot because to squishy.

Protection Passive gives barrier when using cooldowns.

Yes shattered stars works on all meteors. I just feel like shattered stars is not worth it since it does not buff firewall and overall in this build a lot of damage comes from fireball and meteorites seem to be not hitting stuff that well (small aoe)
Hi, please tell me. In your build I have 21k of armour. Can the trousers be replaced by tibo? And what would be better for weight damage? Plus meteor or tibo?
why you have so much armor? :D you dont need more than 13.9k
You can probably use tibaults. You wont have the best uptime on it, So I don't think that you would gain major damage here. I would rather play defensive chest and pants you can for example put intelligence roll on chest piece or such.
Depending on your roll on juggernauts you only need one %armor roll on chest or pants. You dont need % armor roll on amulet.

Why do you use barrier enchants when you barely have a barrier active? Did I get something wrong?

I've been using this with the fireball staff. So why juggernauts rather than disobedience?
Staff is not good. Its way to much of a loss. Juggernauts is like 15 times better than disobedience. The Armor bonus is extremely strong because it comes before %armor on your items. Also disobedience has to build up stacks and you can get one shot while not having full stacks. Juggernauts is always active.
Do you have a replacement gear option if I haven’t gotten the gloves and helm yet, so I can farm Varshan and the Beast in the Ice?
Meteor is Pointless without helm. Just play pure fireball. But pure fireball also needs the gloves won't work without. I'd recommend to just get a group in discord and farm the uniques, they won't care about your gear since they will be level 100 anyway.
@@GoldfarmingGuide got the helm to drop literally right after I commented 😂 still no gloves yet and Torment is still difficult outside of world activities. I’m level 70 at this point. Can I farm Varshan on WT3 for the Gloves?

hi, why dont u use the x fal ring in this build compare to other fireball meteor build?
Because other fireball/meteor builds have no clue what they are doing :D They don't do proper research and don't test things properly.
Oddly enough, X'fals ends to work much better in non-fire builds, because in fire builds, a lot of stuff doesnt work with x'fals.
In this case for example:
- Aspect of Three Curses doesnt work for X'fals
- Inner Flames doesnt work for X'Fals
- Searing Heat doesnt work for X'Fals
So basically you have more than 100%[x] of your damage buffs not count for X'Fals.
You can use it if you want, sure, but It will be less impactful than a regular damage effect. Especially since we scale meteor burst damage in this build.
