I've worked with Louis in his bookstore(Grass Roots Afro-American Bookstore) on (Old Dryades) Oretha C. Haley Blvd. in the early 70s. I also rented one on his houses located next to the "Center" on Washington and Derbigny Streets. It's true, He DID work as a landscaper and use his profits to purchase numerous properties in the Broadmoor section ot New Orleans. I'm now living in Houston, Tx. now but planning to travel back and forth to N.O. to help the Brother out. BELIEVE ME, HE'S DEDICATED !

I wonder how Mr. Harding is faring these days? He has an important perspective, bringing up the fact that Blacks have accomplished many things aside from entertainment and sports. That is an important, valuable perspective.

Mr Harding is alive and kicking. Check out the video responses to watch a 2 1/2 year update + PSA starring DJ Jubilee
