@@Max_Mustermann Not in the manner used in the Constitution. "Well regulated" in this instance means "maintained" or "order, method, and uniformity". I mean, think about it in context. A militia overseen by a government entity by definition wouldn't be much of a militia. That's the point.

The authors understood the possibility that the government they were trying to establish could potentially become tyrannical, just like England did with them. The relevant idea here is that when the Constitution was written, it was done so that if the people feared a foreign or domestic threat (including, but not limited to one's own government), the right to bear arms and form militias for the purpose of self-preservation was inherent. Of course there should be oversight, but it does not have to be from a governing body.

Professionals run drills or have gun shows, people gathered already can be quite profitable, just be sure to remember agenda 21 in america especially. Besides that you could give some food to folks in your residential areas, and discounts on rent/water energy, whatever is hooked up. Like a net that digs and helps carry loads with a foldout escalator that can also be an add on to stairs, remote control dollies with arms, and fold back extra wheel arms, trailers with sliding arm an electromagnet, maybe custom catches for the dollies, thought about seeing producing electric or waterflow using parabolic mirror space blanket style, and a big black kettle. It's the militia that's seen when there isn't an obvious threat that make people uneasy. If you commit suicide at least you didn't hurt someone else.
