I know the reply is late, but I don't think she can really give measurements. The herringbone pattern (in size spread across) will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Since she is setting a particular pattern to the front of the purse with the hexagon, and does not know what hex size you'd end up with, measurements would only be a guess. :)
If you are looking to make this bag, here are some SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!!! 1) Figure out how big I want your bag ( hers is really small, you can make it as big or as little as you’d like) 2) Make the first rectangular piece and pin the first front design aspect in place 3) Then from there cut the curved edges. 4)Once you have the size you want for your first piece (and your edges are cut), you can now cut your back piece and the lining. (As well as the interfacing, pockets, bias tape for the top, arm straps, etc) 5)As for the bottom piece, you will have to sew together the two outer pieces to get the proper size and shape you want. She went for a football shape, where as the bag in the thumbnail was more of a rectangular shape. It’s up to you as to the shape you want your bag to have in it’s resting position. 6) Sew everything together how she displayed in the video and you should be good to go. Her technique is fairly simple, but super willy-nilly. I would recommend looking up a channel that makes couture bags and dubbing some of their high-end techniques, but use the general styling of this bag and you should be good to go. Hope that helps 😊!

Marieke Dufresne i disagree...u need to review the actual picture with the model and bag. there are two different versions. the hAndles on pic have metal hoops (silver). the seamstress install black metal hoops plus the designer add a small red logo tag. And, last the designer's bottom of bag is white. the seamstress re-created BAG the bottom & back in "black". Again..this is re-created. Review the beginning of her video. The BAG is diy. AMEN☝☝☝

I have idea for this bag just with different fabric, change it up a little, when choosing backing for the fabric does it have to have same colors as the front of the bag, i am new at projects my ideas may not be realistic when it comes to design of a bag what are the rules
