As a filipino who always visits Malaysia. I may say Malaysia is the most livable country especially in Kuala Lumpur. The prices are so cheap, housing food and travel are 3 times lower compared to the Philippines. Not to mention the traffic and cleanliness which is Malaysia is one of the cleaness city.
@@esmeralda2404 I don't think so. In terms of GDP, Indonesia is 3x higher than Malaysia, even Thailand surpassed Malaysia in terms of GDP. When you talk about Capita per nominal and PPP, Malaysia is only 3rd spot following Brunei and Singapore. Malaysia is not the richest but one amongst ASEAN that has strict rules which I think one factor that lead to their prosperity.
@@esmeralda2404 nonsense. If your distinction of wealth based on tallest skycrappers then Dubai is the no.1 and Malaysia is no.2 welthiest. Therefore you know nothing about world economy. I don't know if you're a kid or just totally ignorant.
@newjanaexcuse me Singapore yes its rich country but how many the population in Singapore and also land Area…and you don't know Singapore during that time are province of Malaysia.…did you know also what year they become independence country…
@@esmeralda2404during that time yes….malaysia but now is Dubai

Malaysia is a beautiful country!! It's been 10 years already living here ❤
Immigrants didnt allowed to be here, 🇲🇾 not like 🇬🇧.
As a british guy who lives in manila near you but travels in Asia/europe for 6 months a year, i can confirm KL is a very legit destination
KL is much cleaner than other big cities in South East Asia
Cleaner than NYC
Looks like a very nice city I like it
It is cleaner because the City Hall cleans the streets 6 times a day. Unlike the Japanese, Malaysians are still rubbishy.
Singapore left the chat 😅
singapore cleaner la. But KL is not that bad.
One fact that most visitors to Malaysia usually do not realise is the abundance of foreign migrant workers: from Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Myanmar, Philippines.... The former Prime Minister Tun Mahathir said in 2019 there were more than 7 million foreign workers in Malaysia. They do menial work often shunned by locals. So if you are a visitor to Malaysia the people you often interface with (the shop assistant at 7-11, the security guard at a mall, the street cleaner, the waiter at a restaurant... and so on) are usually not Malaysians.
Fact
Anjiglaglah kau. Kau mau kaya tapi tdk mau kerja. Negara kau kecil sekaya apapun km Malaysia tdk akan. Mengalahkan Indonesia.😊😅
😂
Aw really then why is malaysian are slave in Singapore 😂
Malaysia is tops on my list for places to move. Modern infrastructure while still having a low cost of living. I've heard the food is amazing. Would be cool if you could do a video on that.
You got that right bro. welcome
You are most welcome to Malaysia 🇲🇾😊
@@decTac terima kasih! I had a friend from Malaysia in college and got to meet his family when they came to the USA. Very nice people.
@@thevikingnomad99 my pleasure.. glad to hear that..
I'm happy to hear that KL is among your top travel destinations. There are parts of KL where you might feel like you are in China, parts of KL where you might feel like you are in India, and parts of KL where you might feel like you are in the Middle East. Malaysia is actually a truly Asia, thus you may taste Asia when you are in KL. You are more than welcome to come and visit us; we take great pleasure in having visitors from other countries. Malaysia is looking forward to receiving you.
Yes KL is clean ,fresh, developed and beautiful❤
Malaysia is a country at the 6th ranking of having many tall buildings in the world 😊
Earlier was 4th but I guess south Korea and dubai beat us
@@keangwooichoo6138 nope. Kuala Lumpur is 8th city with most tallest building in the world.
@@keangwooichoo6138Malaysia have tallest building no 2 in the world for you information..
@@Nabila-dx8xfI think he said about country overall not just the city
The crazy part is most of those tall buildings are in Klang Valley.
Nice! I love KL! 🇵🇭
Kl is beautiful
My sincere applaus to the lady at the counter; she speak good English. Thank you
*Am a Malaysian
Malaysia seems incredible, definitely want to visit and stay for a long period.
Come bro. Experience Malaysia.
That tower that you're seeing is the second tallest building in the world. ❤
Im not a traveller or a vlogger but I know KL is among the most modern cities in Southeast Asia. Im not surprised.
Nice video the views from the sky deck look Amazing, KL is one of a kind!😃
I want to visit Malaysia someday.
Malaysia is beautiful and modern as well. Great if you are a foodie person.❤
Just to maybe make a note. Malay is an ethnic group in Malaysia, so it does not necessarily translate as Malaysian. I guess what i'm trying to say is that it cannot be used as how the term "English" is referring to something originating from England. (i.e. a product from England is technically an "English" product). For example, when u say, is this Malay chocolate? You would get weird looks. Malaysian chocolate? yes. This is correct. Malaysia is made up of many ethnic groups. So we can't say that something of Malaysian origin is Malay. It is just Malaysian. A product of our multi ethnic group of people staying in Malaysia. That's it.. Nothing much to add. Interesting video overall. Have an enjoyable stay in Malaysia! 🙂
Malaysia is a nice and beautiful country.
Hello Sir Mergim! Good to see you in Malaysia! one of my best friend is a Malaysian! Btw, take care and God bless! - Love from the Philippines!
Most of the people in Kuala Lumpur using underground public transport that's why you don't see many people on the street. Kuala Lumpur are much more modern than London
But 4pm onwards there will be jam
😂😂😂
Wtf you mean "underground" ? Since when we have underground transit? We only have ELEVATED transit lah abang...😂
@RayFliesAway he meant subway. Why are you so bloody upset? Klcc not underground ??? Trx not underground?
Please. I know KL is modern. But have you ever used London’s Undergrounds?
Do you know that you could change “lines” (differentiated by colors) by just taking the escalators to another floor of the same building?
In KL, you need to exit the building and walk to another station nearby.
And their buses are always on time, with timetables stuck at the bus stands, so you would know what time the buses arrive at that stand, even in rural areas.
I am a Malaysian who lived for a few years in England. Now I am back in Msia.
Yes, there are certain aspects where Msia beats the UK in terms of modernization (just remember, London is a very old city), efficiency, and convenience, but as far as public transportation is concerned, Msia is still far from being level, let alone better.
I enjoyed the video and your positive personality fits very well with the general Malaysian vibes. Have a lovely time!
11:52 that building is called Merdeka 118 and it is the 2nd tallest building in the world after Dubai’s burj khalifa
the megatower with blue color that you saw is Merdeka 118 which is the second tallest building in the world after dubai's burj khalifa
Proton was pretty popular in the UK around 2010 up to around 2014 or so. You can still see their older models there 😊
Wonderful vlog. Thank you for this lovely video. Welcome to KL, Malaysia.
The KLCC area was once a turf club, a horse race course. The KLCC park was a design by a famous Brazilian artist, the late Roberto Burle Marx.
Wellcome to Malaysia, a Truly Asia. Enjoy yourself👍
You are most welcome to Malaysia

Go,go,go Mergim ! Watching here all your appload videos.
I was in KL days before you went there, now i have reason to go back in KL because I missed to visit KL tower and Petronas. 😅 thanks for the tour.
Greeting from Kuala Lumpur. Travelers usually choose to visit the most famous locations in cities and countries. Actually, there are many more fascinating places, though, that are less well-known to tourists yet equally fascinating to see. KL appears less busy than Bangkok, Jakarta, or Manila, not only because it is smaller, but also because the humidity here causes people prefer to visit air-conditioned places like malls or underground public transportation. If you want to discover more intriguing places, make an effort to explore more, especially less visited areas for tourists.
KL is more systematic and organized..
Nice watching you travel to different Asean countries....i was there in 2011. Enjoy your stay Merg. God bless❤❤❤❤
Actually we have 2 Malaysian made cars.Proton n Perodua.chck out d latest models from them.u might like them.
Perodua is a joint venture with daihatsu but only proton made cars from design to manufacturing. A to Z.
Meanwhile Inokom leave Malaysian company car's chat group...
welcome to malaysia... .malaysian truely asia🎉... .
City hall should keep those “charging photographers” out of the area before they become rampant.
malaysia national car PROTON .
In 1989, Proton made its launch in the United Kingdom but dropped the Saga name for its models and instead, simplified it just by the engine displacement and trim. A whopping 10 variants were offered but that ambitious strategy paid off as Proton became the fastest-growing carmaker in the UK.
once upon a time..
Welcome to KL Malaysia ❤… nice content and I feel excited too wandering with you in KLCC n KL Tower. By the way didn’t you go up to the Petronas viewing deck at level 42 n level 86…?

Ah, Kuala Lumpur. Part of Klang Valley - the land of shopping malls. Happy to hear that you enjoyed your time in the city. There are many lovely places around the Peninsular. You should also visit Sabah and Sarawak when you have the chance.
Proud to be Malaysian....
Proton was sold in the UK. The UK version had a sun roof if I am not mistaken. Not sure whether it is sold there now.
Euro 5 and onwards is strict on emission. It used to be exported to UK. But I doubt it now. Hope we can start making ev, then nothing can stop proton in uk
Welcome to Malaysia. Do enjoy your stay
Fly internally when you can. Coaches might be cheap but you save time and flights cost the same price.
The tallest tower that you see is PNB. merdeka tower.. 2nd highest building in the world.. behind burj khalifa.. its still under construction.. and the 2nd tallest building in Malaysia is TRX tower.. petronas twin tower 3rd tallest building in Malaysia..
Kuala Lumpur is on another league. U cant compare it with other southeast asia major cities.
Except Singapore because Singapore is the best and most advanced ASEAN city.

Welcome to Malaysia…hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip. If you like to do some morning walk there is a natural reserve at Bukit Nenas not too far from KLCC.
Welcome to KL Malaysia dude..👋
While I enjoy and appreciate the shocked reactions by tourists from the west, one can't stop to wonder the prejudice and misconception people who've never been to Malaysia have about Malaysia. Imagine the amount of people who assume and would think of some backwards poor country when they hear the name: Malaysia.
Yes it’s true ppl in America still think Malaysian loving on the tree top and kids gather in front of tv camera begging for money
@@yeowchongong5608 Is your statement intended as an insult to Americans?
That other tall building is actually the Merdeka 118 Tower. Its the world's second tallest building after Burj Khalifa
i dont know can be so much thrill at KL Tower. look so fun when raining
You must go to Penang (Island). IMO, less hustle bustle than KL and more Oahu, Hawaii vibe. I will be there in Dec to look for my dream retirement home.
You are most welcome to Malaysia 🇲🇾😊
The action is really in South East Asia ❤
welcome to malaysia 🤩
Welcome to kl. Try ICC food court instead of china town. More choices
Enjoy your stay! Next food! food! food! 😄
Btw, your video angle / footages of KL & buildings look amazing. Love my country more. Thanks.
Bangkok, Jakarta and Manila atr much worst air quality and very bad traffic conditions
Both are most polluted cities in the world
Google first what is the ranking of every asean countries in terms of Air Quality.
That other building is called PNB118 OR Merdeka Tower. As it stoods now, its the worlds 2nd tallest building behind Burj Khalifah.
Fun fact: KL holds the record as the city with the most lightning strikes

Of course we speak english well because philipine, singapore, and malaysia are the top 3 country with the highest english proficiency in south east asia.
@@aliey9330 That’s true, and not just in SEA but also Top 3 in the whole of Asia (SG, PH and then MY).
Oh that's true, and there's a Disney's movie made about our few empires of South East Asia, called RAYA. We we're once from the empire called Langkasuka, Srivijaya and so on. Destroyed and divided by The Crusaders. 😢
