    You are the best! Great vids and great advice... I have discovered that when I did the groin stretches on the wall, my right side are so tight! I have had right leg weakness with dull ache pain in my lower back, hip and buttock area as well.. Ive been doing stretches but think I have finally found where the problem is! I believe that because of this tightness all other muscles have compensated giving my more problems .. My question to you is, once the adductors and abductors are all loosened up and this might take time, will the right leg muscles get stronger and easier to walk ..I have had xrays and everything is fine... I did 3 moves in 3 months..repetitive strain and fell on my buttock once.. over time, my hip area and right leg has become tighter a weaker.. Lots said here .. hope this gives you enough info.. there is no one else on the web even half as good as you!! Thanks Gary!!

    Can you still do this stretches when you feel alitle this discomfort in your groin area

    I forgot to say (see comment below) after walking for a bit, I feel my lower right side of back pull while at that time I feel higher right side groin pull then I start to limp on that side and pulling my leg when walking.. this this all be caused by tightness? Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    I have a groin pain every morning when I go to bathroom, I'm doing all kind of exercise, is a cycling is good for groin pain ?

      I would think cycling may aggravate it. I think you be stretching and getting bodywork on your groin, hamstrings and hips.

    Hey thanks for all the replies. I just need a bit of advice. Ive been following some of the vids. And my back pain is nearly gone but I have one problem. Lets say im sitting on a chair in a upright position. the pain that I have is in the lower left side of the back just above the buttocks. When I straighten my left leg it pulls on my lower back especially on the left side and a bit in the middle can you siggest anything? I have got very tight hamstrings which ive been using the tennis ball on but was wondering if theres anything else that could be causing thos problem thank you.

      Hello M Santiago,
      Tight hamstrings and tension in your hips are probably the cause. When you sit, those areas need to lengthen so you can comfortably get into a sitting position. My main lower back pain page in the Navigation bar on my website (click link in video description above) , Video 3, Technique E, shows a good hamstring stretch. My Pelvic Girdle Pain page, a good series on freeing your hips. You'll have to go to the Site Map page for that under the "lower back" section.
