I hope they do too! I really like participating in this as I get to think of an individual person rather than the organisation in a broader sense. It's such a treat to have homegrown blackberries. Hopefully, next year I will be able to make a bigger version ;-)

I love the variety of topics covered in your videos. Thank goodness, no sourdough bread and excessive cooking. I have been doing a spot of painting myself today. Just little boxes which will serve as shelves on my enclosed stoep ( porch) . I rather enjoyed myself.

Thank you! It is turning out to be quite a chameleon ;-) I've carted it around the house for the past two days, and it seems to look good and blend in wherever I place it down. I love vintage quilts. I don't come across them very often, but I see all the beautiful quilts people seem to find in the USA and am in awe.

Thank you! I have a few quilts that I've done on a machine, but I find the process more relaxing if I do it by hand. I'm doing this one by hand - it usually takes me about six months.

I saw this latest one was through yesterday and we had people staying and others visiting for the day and evening, so knew I would have it to enjoy when all the meals and conversations were over and I could relax and visit with you. So pleasantly relaxing , just love the channel.

How lovely your gift box is. We do Adopt A Family where I live, there are so many in need these days. I have crocheted a few blankets since the beginning of this year and will add a few other items. This is in cognition with our neighborhood fire dept. Also we received a list of each family with the gender of child ,sizes and if there are elderly also in the home.
Oh, that sounds like a wonderful initiative. I always thought I couldn't include hand knits, but I have recently realised I can, so I will have to start on some knits for next year's box. How fantastic that you have crocheted blankets, and what a special thing to receive. 💜

What is a peg?
If it's the pegs in the shoe box, they are clothes pegs for hanging out wet washing. They were in the Fabsome box. The box was sealed, and I thought it best not to open it if it would be moved about a lot during transport.
