Business executives, musicians, athletes, etc. They are all very high achievers in the respective careers.

doctors and dentists don't make enough to buy multi-million-dollar homes.
Kaguya Kurosaki maybe not a pediatrician. But most doctors can easily afford this.

By 'doctor' I'm assuming you mean surgeon. The average salary for a surgeon is around $300k in the USA. This home costs as much as they make in 11 years. So no, they can't afford homes like this.
