I know I'm not the targeted demographic for these videos, but I'm a fan of Gary Anter. His showcase voice and talent is the best. Soothing to listen to. These homes are amazing. At least SOMEONE gets to live like this. I don't care if it's not me. I just like to watch and dream.

Gary Anther is the very best at presenting luxury homes. I've seen hundreds of other video presentations. Some good others dreadful and amateurish. He actually spends the time to present these homes thoughtfully, elegantly and with measured articulation. I not in a post ion to purchase these homes but the presentations are so inviting that I watch them for the sheer entertainment value. Much like reading or viewing an architectural digest magazine. Thanks Gary for your expertise and passion to be the best presenter.

Lifes fate has dealt me a very poor hand as I am now homeless in a very cold country and my dream is to have a home of my own before I'm too old. These homes are but a fantasy to me but O' lord are they beautiful in every way:)

This is about the 3rd or 4th video I've seen presenting this house on youtube. I noticed some more furniture has been added to the living areas. The first video I saw didn't have as much as this. It's difficult to believe that no one has purchased this gorgeous home, yet.

Incredible dream homes, gorgeous video, impeccable hosting however, one minor issue,.... the music drowns out the narration and I strain to hear the details of this breathtaking and spectacular mansion. Great work, hoping this UA-cam thing pans out enough for me to afford one of these beauties!

It's nice but something is "off" about this property🤔 . I don't know if it was the staircase/balcony that reminds me of a cruise ship or that the rooms were so large that some of the furniture pieces seemed not-to-scale.

Wow you're back to making videos again. I thought this channel was not active anymore. I think I might be the only person that wants to move to Vegas and not party 24 hours a day. lol I just would love idea of having the entertainment capital of the world down the street from me or 10 to 15 minutes away.

I love Vegas but I'm no party animal...I don't even drink alcohol. But to me, Vegas is so much more than that. I'd love to own a home there. I live in Scotland, which really couldn't be much more different. I enjoy variety. :)
Scotland is majestic, beautiful and historic. I would rather live their than in Vegas..which is just landscaped desert with horribly hot weather, crime and gang problems, and overpriced real estate. I enjoy variety too..but there is much better variety out there..like Hawaii..Iceland..and the Mayan Riviera just to name a few.
Ya having the entertainment capital of the world just a stones throw away when you have absolutely no desire to party is always a good bet. Works for me.
