I feel like Rusko has the unwanted honor of being kind of the skilex of the first wave of dubstep along with his buddy caspa. These tracks don't really hold up for listening by them selves tbf but in the right place at the right time could probably still shell down the dance
Nah Rusko has a ton of talent, and I had the honor of seeing him live a couple of times. All Skrillex did was put his house sounds at 140bpm. Rusko's new jump-up sound doesn't sound like he just made his Dubstep faster, it actually sounds good.
@@Pyke64 true. i still feel like the release of the caspa and rusko fabric live set/cd brought a whole lot of people to the scene that only wanted to hear that sound though (if you could call it that back then). There was so much energy in the early days and its kind of hard to explain but the music was effected. Hes a good dude and a great musician but a lot of his tracks have a repetitiveness to them imo
Old school Rusko never disappoints.
new school too
@@Xtronoid and midtimes also
