  • This board turns out pretty solid.
I like the looks of it, very pretty board. I also like that they gave out a lot of extra spare part for the board and a set of Gateron Stabilizers.
My gripe with board is the use of ribbon cable for the daughterboard. It’ll be nice to use a normal daughterboard cable if it’s possible. I don’t mind if the ribbon cable is use for connecting the numpads though.
Thankfully the ribbon cable is pretty long.
Also this is just a matter of preference but the top mount on the numpad area is a tad bit too soft for my liking.
Other than that, It’s a good solid fullsize board.
as always, Gateron Azure Dragon never fails.
The sound is a little bit more rounded on this board than the usual sound I’m used to.
I still really like it though.
I’m still weighing whether I like Azure Dragon or Mountain King more.
    I think that’s all.
Big thanks to the client for trusting me with building this board.

Damn, that was gonna be my exact set up too, but I think I will go with some silent switches over my usual azure dragons because I need to use it in the office

Thankfully you chose silent switches. This board with azure dragons, is really not office friendly 😂

Glad someone brings up the softness for top mount in numpad area. i ended up gasket mount the numpad because it wobble so much. maybe it would not be an issue if using harder plate material like alu

yeah that kinda annoys me a little. but in normal use the softness isn’t that bad in alu plate. as long I don’t press it super hard. but yeah I was considering using gaskets only on the numpad but I’m worried with the difference in sound. Glad someone noticed it as well hahahaha.
