Thanks for the video! Those Starlings really look nice when caught when their colors are nice and they are in front of a nice background and photographed with the proper equipment. Well done. We all need to make more videos showing the wonderful naturescapes we have around us so that the larger community will know that there still is much there and that it is worth persevering! Your video serves in that very important purpose. Well done!

Great shots of the bee eater. We don't really get them in my part of the world.

I really enjoyed that Fabian. Great shots, as usual. And your conservation discussions are welcome! Ee do need to "rewild" our habitat. It really makes a difference.

Appreciate the camera settings but as a novice to birding would love to see the species of bird as well 👍🏻

Such great shots...those birds were pretty cooperative, at least that's the impression I get from the photos and videos! Having a hide and camouflage probably helped quite a bit. I live in the Northeast US and the European Starling seems to be doing much better here than in its native area. We had maybe a dozen young ones eating up our mealworms (meant for Eastern Bluebirds) over the past few weeks. My yard has lots of bushes and multiple types of feeders, and the birds love it! We just got a new bird house this spring but it doesn't look like anyone moved in yet. However, aside from young starlings, we are seeing many other juveniles just fledged and coming to our feeders.
As someone else mentioned, it would be very helpful to show the species name on your pictures, for those of us living around the world and not familiar with the species that you are photographing. Thanks!

Thanks! Yeah, invasive species can be really annoying. I‘ll consider putting the species name for future videos

Great video and lovely images. Just found your channel and am looking forward to continuing to follow.
I just retired from a career in protected areas management here in Canada and your comments on habitat protection are extremely important right now.

Stunning images Fabian and informative video as always.
I am obsessed with Bee-eaters, we have one species here in South Australia ("Rainbow") which is only a seasonal visitor and I really enjoy chasing them each year when they are around.
It's lovely to see the different species around the world.
We are planting many pollinator friendly plants here now and gradually getting rid of our lawns and replacing them with native shrubs.
Better for the environment and better for photographers! Win win!
    All the best to you.

Super cool video. Can I ask how to find the hides, like how to book them? Thank you
