    have a question Centrotec chuck does it fit to the other brands like dewalt impact driver?

      Hi Turgay, great question! The Festool Centrotec system has been designed to give the driver bits the best support and guidance and for quick swap-over. Although the chuck does not fit other brands, all the bits can be used out of a standard drill chuck. Does that help? Cheers, Justin

      @@turgayaltuntas3751 hello mate, you can use the centrotec chuck with metabo drill / impact that are in option quick :)

    Centrotec is just a made up problem to sell expensive solutions imo. My off the shelf wera bitholder is just as stable and fits in every tool without any wooble for a fraction of the cost

      After watching the video, I still don't understand the advantage over the classic 1/4" drill bit, drive bit, etc. They just reinvented the 1/4" and made it incompatible with it just to trap people in their ecosystem.

      @@MrPatateHead yet despite what you say, we can still all use 1/4" drill bits with Festool drills. They're not trapping anyone. Opt in or opt out -- your decision.

    Not fitting regular bits is a deal breaker
