Thank you Capt.Anand Sir the way of teaching is awesome .Your teaching is very much helpful in my MMD exam. HIMT is best, And Capt. Anand sir is the best teacher ever.
Thanks a lot Sir for this series on cargo calculations. For sure I'll improve my job onboard by refreshing all these important concepts. Best regards from brazilian officers.
why we dont make more videos like this, oil industry is lacking training , where applicants can learn online alone , without being on mersy on their seniors , cover all pls , ODME , BWTS, COP discharging/loading & FRAMO , loadicator calculations in depth, people will pay money for these materials
HELLO CAPT ANAND,,,its surprizing to see you...Unfortunately its only here in youtube,,,i dont know if you can still remember me,,Im michael montesclaros,we've been together onboard Reliance II sometime in 2006 or 2007,,you were the chief officer of that vessel back then but now you are master. How are you sir?How is your life now?
Good day, Captain, good video for understanding, but one question, why we use WRF 0,99865 in last part of video ? 0,785 matches 0,99855 and if we recalculate it will be 3933,94
I appreciate very much your calculation, during discharging, it could not be avoided the marine protect filed by both parties during discharging due to volume difference at port of discharge, this is the common problem of all the parties?
In US calculation , they always used 60 deg Fah in US barrel measurement, what will be the effect in using metric system to the volume due to reduce in temperature at port of discharge?
Convert from metric to us. Temperature will not change as much as you think, especially with crude oil. When calculating what is received on shore, you interpolate the temperature.
There is no conversion required, In us we are given API @60 and we have to use Table 54A, other places where density @15 is used Table 54B is to be used.
Hi Vijay, Just to let you know, this is Part 1 of the video. You might have commented on the wrong video, maybe? However, would be happy to get your valuable feedback on what can be improved. Thank you for supporting HIMT. Regards
You should not ask questions , instead keep explaining what happens to volume at different temperatures. And it's significance in the tanker operation. Watch lectures on physics in MIT , Boston and model your lectures accordingly.
Thank you very much Captain. This is very helpful..... I feel so lucky to see this kind of training video for free......
The Agoge diet works so good for those who want to build muscle. My muscles are enjoying it so much and are growing rapidly.
Got my plan, looks good 👌
Mmd me questions solve ho jaege us se?
You are the best sir! Thank you very much for sharing this videos. keep safe and Godbless your team!
Hello capt Anand, your way of teaching and explanation is very simple and easily understandable
capt. anand sir. your efforts towards making understand easy way calculation is appriciated
Capt. Thank you, the explanation, always success for you
Very helpful video.concept is cleared..
Other institutions don't explain basics so well,as of my experience in TASCO
Thank you HIMT... Doing a great job for the Seafarers all around....
I was in doubt weither to watch or not, but finally the video is very nice for people who are interested in changing of type of the vessel
Thank you Capt.Anand Sir the way of teaching is awesome .Your teaching is very much helpful in my MMD exam.
HIMT is best, And Capt. Anand sir is the best teacher ever.
Thank you for your kind words. Please share the video! :)
Clear Captain! Syukria, Thank You!
Hope this channel keep continue producing like this content to transfer knowledge over the globe!
Great!
Great explaination sir, got my Mates cleared he asked me how to calculate i gave him complete info i got from this vedio surveyor was happy. thanks
Congratulations for clearing your Mates. Please share this video with all your colleagues.
Good Capt. Thank in advance
In Indonesian we are using by Metric system.

@@discountcuppon Hi, could you get me videos on LNG loading operations
Thank you very much Sir. This is really very very useful and better understanding for cargo calculations.
Nicely explained by making the subject very easy and systematic.
Thank you sir.. one of the best.. very informative
very fundamental knowledge for tanker people & must watch
Thank you sir for taking your time to teach aspirants.
Helped me a lot... Thank you sir
Beautiful explaination ❤️❤️❤️😘
Very helpful ❤️❤️
Extremely helpful Sir, Thanks!

Yes sir these topics which u are saying will be very much more helpful ..also inert gas system can be added ..
Excellent Work Sir! Please Upload Part - 2
You can find the Part 2 in the following link- ua-cam.com/video/-uq9Q6HIayo/v-deo.html
Vry useful sir.....tq so much
Great video and explanation, very helpful

Very well explained, Thanx a lot♥
Thank you Captain...this is helpfull👍
Thanks a million sir.
Thank you Capt, 🙏
Can you please say these things are taught in which courses
Is it possible to install Sounding Sensor above pivot point of liquid in the tank to exclude trim & list correction?
Very interesting 👌
Sir does the institute conduct any online couching lecture for the deck cadets onboard the ship for early preparation function exams
Your the best sir. :)
Please advise some calculations in us gallons pounds per gallon
Good day sir,Sir if only API and temp of cargo is given how we can find out VCF.Pls reply sir
How to get a prorated density Capt Anand. Maybe a simple way.
Thanks sir,
Laboratories are measure density by hydrometer in atmosphere then why considering lab density in vaccum..
Sir where did you get this Obs Vol 2500 m3 ??????
Thank u very much CAPTAIN
Thank you very much!
Well clear my doubt sir thank you very much
HI sir, what about computation for LNG
Informative
Which book sir is using for reference?
Good day, Captain, good video for understanding, but one question,
why we use WRF 0,99865 in last part of video ? 0,785 matches 0,99855 and if we recalculate it will be 3933,94
Sir thank youso much if possible plz uplad bulk carrier draft survey caluculation which is asked in past exam
Question 6- Why do we convert the Density at 15 c to air and not convert the density of 27.5C? Great video by the way, thank you
captain thank you so much
I appreciate very much your calculation, during discharging, it could not be avoided the marine protect filed by both parties during discharging due to volume difference at port of discharge, this is the common problem of all the parties?
Tnq very much sir
Would appreciate if you could post Calculations method for LNG cargo
Thank you sir
Thank you sir for explaining very well and in easy way all 3 parts. Please post more videos for on other subjects also for examination purpose.
Thankyou sir...
ASTM stands for American Society for Testing Materials
During steaming period , what is the percentage difference of losses in the oil cargo at port of discharge?
No6 sample calculation sir u have used TOV but not excluding ullage

What is the reason why the cargo tank is not fully loaded of liquid? what is the gas percentage in terms of volume ?
Have you learnt raoults law of vapour pressure that's the reason
