    Thank you, I think this will help me a lot in studying for the MCAT! Most study plan videos just go over what someone did to get a good score, but don't provide any flexibility or logic around why something works. This video is different.

    This is so straightforward and practical while allowing days for breaks we know we’ll need and take. Thank you for this!

    I wish there was a way to turn off HDR when channels enable it. It just makes the UA-cam video as bright as a flashbang and makes the rest of my UA-cam dark and unreadable.

    Awesome video. Would you be able to make a video that dives more in depth about how you study during each study session. Are you mainly doing practice questions or reading etc.

    Thank you for this video. To be honest, I regret to say (and this brings me no happiness), that I have failed a lot of my courses simply because I did not have a set-schedule for studying. I always had really good memory as a kid, so flash cards were a few of the tools that I'd use. Memorizing a few things here and there helped, but when it came to problem solving; getting to the root of a problem and developing a solution for it; I struggled and ended with failure. I then realized that memorization comes with understanding the fundamentals of the subject; focus on the foundation (what, why, how, etc), not just the remembrance of certain ideas surfaced on concepts.
    Again, thank you, I will put this plan into action for my Fall semester coming up.

    just curious what you think about pre-made flash cards. i agree about making your own it, it is a waste of time. but with premade and for a larger test (im taking the mcat) i think they have benefit in certain subjects that you just need refreshers on especially if you are studying over the course of several months. obviously something like physics or chemistry that requires you to manipulate equations and things like that are less flashcard friendly but generally i think they have benefit when used in combination with the study tools you mentioned. let me know what you think

    Thanks for this super helpful video. I'm starting med school in a month and will definitely implement these strategies . Do you think Anki would be worthwhile if you have "pre-made" decks like AnKing (believe it has 36k cards now), since it takes out the time and energy of having to make the cards?

    inadvertently developed the same method through trial and error, being unforgiving with time restrictions is a MUST! nice vid !

      Anki is just a good memory tool and nothing else but a lot of people make the mistake of using anki decks as a way of learning new information

    • @masteranfus1385
      @masteranfus1385 2 місяці тому +1

      It really depends on what subject you study. Ex biology is mostly memorizing definitions so anki would be good but for things like physic not so much.
