Thanks for the video Patrick. Really good to know that you’ve got commentators from all sports. Being born at the very end of the 90’s, and only really discovering football when I started my secondary education I’ve really got to love the voices you here so often (Clive Tyldesley, Martin Tyler, Rob Hawthorn, Ian Dennis and loads more)! Just having a playlist on my UA-cam with all of these commenters with there great commentary’s is fantastic to get some inspiration. Thank you again for answering the question! 🎙
Hey Patrick, it isn't bad if i use football mobile game to do my commentary practice, is it? I have a game file called ppsspp gold that kind of makes the mobile game look like a playstation game but a wack kind though, it makes it easy for me to actually do my commentary because the names are displayed on the screen then i make screen records to hear my voice, is that good? By the way, i love your videos and i love how you multivate we up coming commentators by replying our messages, we really appreciate, it's a wonderful drive.
Hello Patrick, great video. What do you think would be the best way to start as a commentator now a day's. Do you need to do a course or to do work expirience to start of. Any information would be a lot of help thank you very much 👍🏼
I recommend listening to commentators you like and rate and analysing what they do well. Then I’d choose highlights of teams I know well and record a radio demo commentary. Do lots of takes and ask friends and family for feedback. Eventually post it on UA-cam (make sure there’s no match footage else it will probably be taken down) and the step after that would be to seek out some work experience at a local level. Hope that helps
Hi Patrick! You are my favorite Serie A commentator :)
Hi Tommy, delighted to hear that! Thank you so much

Yes, we're really lucky with how many great English commentators there are out there
Going for the awesome Con Murphy who covers Liga Nos on Freesports. The only man to get anywhere near the Portuguese names.

Great question and one I’ll address in an upcoming video
@@kendrickpatrick look forward to that I can't wait am happy that you are responding coz I look up to you
Am one of your obsessive fans
I want to ask why you always seem to commentate alone? Why don’t you have any co-partner?
That’s great to hear, thank you! I haven’t worked too much with a commentator, you’re right. We’ll see what the future brings
