Mitesh Panchal Do we need to change the chip? has this guy changed the chip? I meant.. did he throw the first fuse and used the second spare fuse? What i see in this video.. he used the same fuse which he threw at the beginning. Any suggestions?
Sachin Kumar , NO, may be earlier the connection was loose, but again same thing happened, hence finally went to service centre, the guy there just tightened all battery related bolts. No chip removed or replaced. Thanks.
Fz-s fi having one more relay just beneath the petrol tank. Bike won't start if that one got damaged. So do check properly before changing the main starter relay(placed near to the battery)
mine was the ignition switch/front fork yoke assembly (used), but the key do'snt work with the gas tank n such, Note: I juggled my key and it started so it could be another problem for other people.
My fzs self start is not working.. Its just doing tik tik sound.. I hve changed the battery also... But still same problem.. Can u tell whats is the problem..
Mandip Gautam i was facing the same... Ur self start motor carbon will be changed it will cost 200 rs outside.. But if u go to showroom they will change the motor which cost 1500 rs . so go out to any repair person and tell them to change the carbon ..

Mehul Mehta orange light means engine's fault better you take to service center and if ur meter gauge is going blank then I hope this video might help you
Chiku Stria i already went to service center for like 3 times... They don't know the solution for it... I changed the fuse today but it still happens...
thats not always works.. fuse burned means there is a problem.. you have to figure it out first.. as this guy did, i just replaced the fuse.. bike also started.. i ride about 15-20 km.. but then break switch got fire (near rear wheel).. fortunately it was not big one.. but it burned plastic cover.. be careful... don't do it by your self.. take advice before do this
hi bro my bike is fz 16 and it have issue to initial ignation. .it can't start the engine on first self ..its take 5 or 6 self to start ...so anybody know to solve this prob kindly post a comment...

check whether the self start unit , switching is working proper or there might be some wiring fault

Bro relay problem. its cost around 85 rs. change it. i fixed it recently check with yamaha service center
