I'm sure I know better than him what ground reality is and how one could control everything starting from media to the justice system by using regionalism, religion, caste, and money in this democracy. I'm surprised when I know 90% of main stream media and journalists in AP belongs to the same caste(Chandra Babu Naidu's) and from same region. They projected their culture as a entire AndhraPradesh culture, and developed only their region of presence and ignored the development of rest of the state. The result of this, emergence of the new state called Telangana. Now they committed to doing it same again by concentrating the development at their region at the cost of the rest of the state. People of the state are not blind, they know what that supposed to do.

That's why people are also doubting on Dholera project.Its been many years but govt has acquired only 5000 acres of land there which is just 5% of the land which has to be acquired.In Amaravati atleast previous govt has acquired all 38000 acres land to make the city.Moreover By chance if any other govt than bjp comes in Gujarat then Dholera will also be like Amaravati.I wish BJP remains in Gujarat untill Dholera is completed.

In AP, Previously there was some balance since the assembly has comparable sizes of opposition as well as ruling party, but now that, that Balance is not there just because the ruling party in AP got astounding 80% seats in assembly making it a monopoly to take any decisions even though they were elected by only 49.95% population and main opposition party (previous ruling party) has got 39.17% votes but only have 13% seats in assembly, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS !!!! as it in no way represents actual majority of the election. This Clearly shows a very bad division of constituencies which doesn't actually reflect the actual decision of the people due to a badly and non-homogeneously designed division for the legislation seats. I still don't feel democracy has failed, but it is not perfect and needs refinements at least.

Center has to control the stupidity of newly first time elected cm if he doesn't know something. And this central govt never supported for the development from day 1. Only single digit fund allocations done and expected to get developed in 100 years or so.

It gives me immense disappointment whenever I hear the news of failure of Amravati. As a student in his early teens, I used to believe that this project would become a game changer in Indian Infra development and Amravati could become the 1st Indian fully planned mega city on par with world cities. But at the end, politics did what it has always been doing. None the less, it's the people of my state who should be blamed for electing an A1 criminal with no clear vision for the state's development with a majority of (151/175). They deserve this.
I have heard a lot about Amravati smart city development... I really hoped it would be game changer in india's infra development...but it ended up as a disappointment 😔

I respect the Indian constitution, but it needs some serious amendments to overrule this flaw of the democracy model employed. 2. In AP, Previously there was some balance since the assembly has comparable sizes of opposition as well as ruling party, but now that, that Balance is not there just because the present ruling party in AP (YSRCP of Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy) has got astounding 80% seats in assembly making it a monopoly while taking any decisions, even though they were elected by only 49.95% population in 2019 election and main opposition party (TDP of Mr. Chandrababu Naidu) the previous ruling party, has got 39.17% votes but only have 13% seats in assembly, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS !!!! as it in no way represents the actual decision of people and the actual magnitude of the majority in the election. This Clearly shows a very bad division of constituencies which doesn't actually reflect the actual decision of the people due to a badly and non-homogeneously designed division for the legislation seats. I still don't feel democracy has failed, but it is not perfect and needs refinements at least.

Jagan didnt lay a single road so far in the entire state. That's the amount of interest he has in infrastructure. He pursued all sorts of populist schemes and stressed out the finances completely. The state is currently on the verge of bankruptcy.

During Chandrababu's rule the road infrastructure was world class, now feel very sad to see the sorry state of roads in Andhra Pradesh. Once a rich state of India has been converted into a poor state and the christian missionaries with the help and encouragement of Jagan himself is having a good time to convert once rich people of Andhra, who turned poor due to Jagan's policies into christians, because it is well known that missionaries target poor people. Only a change of government can bring development back to Andhra Pradesh and also save Hindus and Hinduism in Andhra Pradesh.
You missed few major points in this video. AMARAVATHI is a self sustainable city. The amount generated with development will be used to build the next phases of the city. In 2019 when the government changed by selling 2000 acres of land they might have generated 8000 crs and completed the majority of the works. Singapore consortium was ready to pay and also start their companies in Abbaraju palem of AMARAVATHI as part of their agreement with AP CRDA. The major back bone for project is land and credibility. 33,000 acres of land was acquired from 38,000 farmers by making them partners in AMARAVATHI. The main reason for jagan planning to change capital to vizag in the name of 3 capitals was that he bought around 30,000 acers of land in vizag at dead cheap prices. This value will increase and above that CBN will not get the name for starting a new capital for AP called AMARAVATHI. Anyway lets hope that the government changes in 2024 and AMARAVATHI regains its previous growth.
Amaravathi did not fail, YCP with active support from BJP and TRS destroyed Amaravathi even before it's construction. Lot of those business men are worried about their investment in Hyderabad.

The type of democracy we have India that's driven by majority narrow minded population who are blinded by and get sold on the name of caste or religion or corruption or self-interests or freestuff in the name of so-called wellfare schemes or alcohol or biryani packet (both literate and illiterates), instead of caring about development or wellbeing of society, justice, health care , employment generation, education, infrastructure, empowering the regional strengths like agriculture, local businesses etc, foreign investment, n economic development.
I respect the Indian constitution, but it needs some serious amendments to overrule this flaw of the democracy model employed.
In AP,
Previously there was some balance since the assembly has comparable sizes of opposition as well as ruling party, but now that, that Balance is not there just because the ruling party in AP got astounding 80% seats in assembly making it a monopoly to take any decisions even though they were elected by only 49.95% population and main opposition party (previous ruling party) has got 39.17% votes but only have 13% seats in assembly, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS !!!! as it in no way represents actual majority of the election.
This Clearly shows a very bad division of constituencies which doesn't actually reflect the actual decision of the people due to a badly and non-homogeneously designed division for the legislation seats.
I still don't feel democracy has failed, but it is not perfect and needs refinements at least.

As a student in his early teens, I used to believe that this project would become a game changer in Indian Infra development and Amravati could become the 1st Indian fully planned mega city on par with world cities. Once a rich state of India has been converted into a poor state and the christian missionaries with the help and encouragement of Jagan himself is having a good time to convert once rich people of Andhra, who turned poor due to Jagan's policies into christians, because it is well known that missionaries target poor people. Only a change of government can bring development back to Andhra Pradesh and also save Hindus and Hinduism in Andhra Pradesh.
You missed few major points in this video. AMARAVATHI is a self sustainable city. The amount generated with development will be used to build the next phases of the city. In 2019 when the government changed by selling 2000 acres of land they might have generated 8000 crs and completed the majority of the works. Singapore consortium was ready to pay and also start their companies in Abbaraju palem of AMARAVATHI as part of their agreement with AP CRDA.
The major back bone for project is land and credibility. 33,000 acres of land was acquired from 38,000 farmers by making them partners in AMARAVATHI.
The main reason for jagan planning to change capital to vizag in the name of 3 capitals was that he bought around 30,000 acers of land in vizag at dead cheap prices. This value will increase and above that CBN will not get the name for starting a new capital for AP called AMARAVATHI.
Anyway lets hope that the government changes in 2024 and AMARAVATHI regains its previous growth.
