The organisations are run by people, but the people and culture there may or may not be the same in a few years. If you want to let them know of the difficulties you faced, put those forward in a polite way. If you choose to go with all the straightforward and rude sentences to express your emotions, it will cost you in the future. If you get an opportunity from the same organisation you have been waiting for a long time, your reasons for leaving the organisation before will be assessed. You might think people might forget it, but such things are always on record.
Never burn a bridge with a decent employer. I recently lost an employee to a great (but very different) opportunity. He was incredibly professional when he gave his notice. He didn't like the new job, and we hired him back a few months later.
I recieved ZERO training. They will be getting my notice for the minimum time period. If I can train the next person fine, if not they micromanage enough to know how to train the next person. That said, yes keep it polite and professional. No, don’t tell HR, just hand in your resignation.
Just go to HR and tell them you are giving your 2 weeks notice...that's it...If they ask why...just keep quiet and walk away...continue being quiet for your 2 weeks and don't come in on the last Friday...make Thursday your last day.
That’s something that only and Indian would day. Omg, they’re always letting other persons do whatever they want, that’s why the have the governors and the corruption they have. Lack of Courage.
@@ChristieBurks it honestly went about as well as it could’ve! They were both stunned, but cordial and professional. One was really happy for me. And I’m loving my new position!
Hi mehar, I have done mba in finance, and I have been working in finance sector for 3 years in hyderabad. I want to do job in USA , Canada or Singapore. Is there any way to get job in abroad. Can you please make a video about this.

I like how you specify “decent” employer. Not every company deserves that description
Thank you for a clear script and professional answers to follow; these awkward conversations are the worst
