Chewy Amaretti Cookies -Quick & Easy to Make | Bolachas de Amêndoa Rapido e Fácil de Fazer

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups of almond flour
1 1/3 cups of granulated sugar
4 egg whites (large) ( form stiff peaks)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of almond extract
Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup of sifted powdered sugar to coat the amaretti cookies
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
Yields 24 to 30 amaretti cookies

INGREDIENTES
4 xícaras de farinha de amêndoa

4 claras de ovo (grandes) (formam picos firmes)
1/4 colher de chá de sal
1/2 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha
1 colher de chá de extrato de amêndoa
Raspas de 1 limão
1 xícara de açúcar de confeiteiro peneirado para cobrir as bolachas de Amêndoa
Levar o forno a 350F por 20 minutos
Rende 24 a 30 biscoitos amaretti
Deixe os biscoitos esfriarem por aproximadamente 20-30 minutos
