    Chef Jeffery update. I cooked my 40lbs of slow and low pulled pork for the first time. I put your cooking directions to use and it was AWESOME! TY,TY TY. I did forget the “W” sauce but that was ok.I had many taste testers coming into the kitchen because the smell was throughout the fire house,a good sign. I felt so guilty eating the bark,it’s not heart healthy but one night is ok. Thanks again❤👍

    Great video old school … I make this in the instapot.. 45min… put it in some corn or flour tortillas with pico de gallo… a lil lime squeeze on it Ooooooweeee…. With a sprinkle of Cojita cheese

    Well chef Jeffery I am going to put my complete trust in your cooking instructions. I am a you tube cook at best.I have never cooked pulled pork I am cooking for our fire dept. mtg. Wednesday night.I will have 4 cuts of pork roughly 10lbs each.425 degrees for 30 mins and 8 hrs.@ 300 degrees. Pork shoulder,butt or pic Nic cut here goes.TY for your instructions.

    The skin is too burnt. It should be a lighter color. I cook mine the spanish way.

      The skin is not burnt, its the fat cap and it’s called bark. It’s a preferred method of cooking pork shoulder
