Hello Ahmed, Hope your are fine. Can you please confirm if a night flight from Pakistan to Manchester would be better for Bangor University, as then I could reach Manchester in the morning? What advice do you have regarding this? And secondly, should I book a train from Manchester Airport to Bangor and then, upon reaching, should I travel to the university by bus or private taxi? Upon reaching the university, do I need to go directly to the registration office with my luggage or first get the accommodation hall keys from the reception? Can I complete the registration online from Pakistan? Please advise and guide.
Hii, Best of Luck for your trip and Congratulation’s for securing Admission, Yes morning time is the Best time for landing, You can Book your Train from airport train station is in Airport you did not need to exit. (Make sure you have Pounds, but if you have international Cards for payments that will be Perfect! But i would suggest take some pounds probably cost will 30£ to 40£ initially coz you did not have train card). You can Book a taxi from Bangor Train station and straight away go to Halls Office! That will cost hardly 3£ to 5£ you can pay by card or cash! There is no bus service from station to halls! So taxi service is perfect! So collect your key relax yourself! Don’t rush, if you are coming early. Next day you can come to uni for registration and so on! Best of luck :)
